We thought the staff was very good to the patients. the facility was maintained well, clean. they had excellent caregivers for my mother in law, she liked them very much. The meals were prepared well, the doctor visited her daily, the facility was very good about her rehabilitation on a daily basis. they were very considerate to her personal needs and her personal likes and dislikes. when we visited they were very accomodating to the families. They took care of all the necessary insurance paperwork. They appeared very focused on her care and well being. A very nurturing environment. We were very thankful to have had them so close to our parents home there in Delphos Ohio. My mother in law enjoyed their company, the accommodations, the care she received, she said the food was good, she said she felt like she was very comfortable, rested well. We would definitely choose them again if we needed to.
