My wife is now at Mount Washington Care Center for short-term rehab. They provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The staff is professional and caring, and her room is nice. She's got a single room, it's bright, clean, and airy. She's on a special diet, and I had one of their breakfasts and it was good. They have a lot of activities though she's not able to participate in them right now. It's all paid for by Medicare. It's an older facility but it's well-maintained, they're good but not exceptional.

Family member came here and suffered tremendously from lack of professional care and ignorant staff. Please check this place and any other facility you are considering on this website. http://publicapps.odh.ohio.gov/eid/Provider_Search.aspx

He's not happy to be at Mount Washington Care Center. There are things daily, but he does not participate. It's an old facility and it's not the best. The nurses seem to be very good. The food is good but not hot. They don't have the heated food carts and he likes his food hot. He seems to be getting good care and that's the important part.

My dad is in Washington Care Center. It has very basic rooms, very good staff, and a good physical therapy department. It’s family owned and clean.

Mount Washington was recommended by the people at the hospital. My mother had a stroke, and when she was ready for release, they suggested Mount Washington. We do not have any complaints at all. My mother is well-taken care of. They monitor her and nothing gets by them. The food is delicious. I see the menu every day, so I know what they are feeding her, and we have not had any problems. She is in a shared room, which is spacious, and they keep it clean. They have activities from morning until night, and she can choose which ones she would like to participate in. Once a month, they have a big birthday party and the birthday girl gets balloons on her wheelchair and a crown on her head, and then they have cake, ice cream, and entertainment.
