Absolutely the best, most caring staff. The way that she's been treated, the way they treat our family when we visit and their interactions with her have made a positive transition from her home to the facility. We greatly appreciate all of them.

Facility was recommended and we agreed without researching the facility. What was most disturbing to me was when I would visit along with nasty conditions the staff was always dismissive when I would confront them of his needs. I would over hear the arguments when on the phone with him. The condition of his backside was harendous. I wish I could post photos.

The full nursing hallway I visit, usually, in my opinion smells terrible and my family member, in my opinion, is left in unclean diapers too often. I have found dirty diapers and laundry in the room on chairs and on top of the sink. Despite many requests, the quality of care has not improved. The hallway carpet, floor in the rooms, common area, are tacky/sticky and carpets are stained. Some caregivers are truly devoted and deserve great credit, but something is very wrong when obvious and persistent problems are not corrected. The memory unit is far better. But full nursing, in the hallway I'm familiar with, is not, in my opinion, a place to have a loved one try to live. My loved one is probably too frail now to move but we're trying.

My dad is at Hyde Park Health Center. The staff seems to be very committed to their patients. He is in their memory care unit, which is a small unit within a larger facility. The rooms in the memory care unit are a pretty good size, and well-maintained; they are individual, private rooms. The food is actually my biggest complaint because it's pretty institutional and bland. Their activities are limited but are provided Monday through Friday.

I saw the rooms at Hyde Park, which were single and double rooms. The staff was friendly and tried their best to facilitate and explain how things work. I ate there, and the food was about the same as in other facilities. They tried hard with the food and to create a good diet, but it is still commercially prepared.

The staff at Hyde Park Health Center are very helpful. They are really trying to help my sister get into a good place. I just find them all very nice. The place is very nice and clean. She shares a room with another woman and the room is pretty roomy. They had provided her with a television. They have a lot of activities to get people involved in like bingo. And they go on for a mystery line where they take the residents for a ride in a bus. It feels nice.
