At Miller Place, our senior living community provides thoughtful, compassionate care to help our residents thrive. I like the staff at Miller Place. They were very friendly. Rosemary is the one we talked to, she's very accommodating and made sure we understood everything. What I didn't like was the size of the room, they just seemed small. If you want some appliances, you have to provide them yourself. They have an outside area that's kind of enclosed by the building, which is nice.

Miller Place was clean, some clients were doing some exercises out in the common area. We toured the facility, all the available rooms, and the different sides of the rooms. Overall, everybody was friendly and I was pleased with it. I thought the maintenance of the facility was rather really well-taken care of. They were exercising while we were there, they have other little crafts for the ones that can do those things, and they also take them outside and sit with them or let them walk around if they can.

We did a tour of Miller Place. Everything was great, except that they don't accept Medicaid. It was very good, and they were very nice. They told us everything we needed to know. I would choose that place if possible.
The facility was very clean, very nice, and very well taken care of. The location worked great for me where I live. They have a microwave, a refrigerator, and they have therapy and round-the- clock nursing care.
They do have a lot of games that people can play. We didn't get into that because the interview or tour stopped when we told them that we needed Medicaid.
It was a fine community. Their dining area was very quaint, very nice; They said that the food changes daily.

My mom was at Miller place for 10 years. There is no better place to have your loved one be. Once a month they host a family night where they invite all family and friends of the residents for dinner. Miller Place makes sure all their residents are loved and taken care of to the highest extent.
Miller Place is always clean and doesn't have a "smell" like many others around us. Also their food is really good! You wont be disappointed in the care your mom will receive from their staff.
