My friend is in ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. The people there are super nice and they treat you like you're the only person there. Even though they're short-staffed, which every place is, they give it their all and they made her feel a lot more welcome and not so much a burden there and that was a feeling she needed. They help her get up to go to the bathroom or get up to do anything. The cleanliness looked real good. What she needs, she gets pretty easy. I have not heard her complain about it. The staff seemed good. I've seen activities, and my friend said they got quite a bit there. I was just listening to what she has said and her roommate. She's happy with it, and it's working out for her.
