This was the worse nursing home I have ever seen. The staff and Director do not care about the residents. Residents are wearing the same clothing for multiple days. Medication was not given correctly. The facility was dirty and smelled of urine. My mom was left in the bed for 4 days and her room was so hot you could not breathe. I ask the staff to address issues multiple times. Worse place I have ever seen

My father went to Arbors at Gallipolis. The overall experience was very good, they have an excellent social worker there. Of course we couldn't go in and see him because of COVID, so he was kind of lost on his own, but the nurses and all were very helpful. We were very pleased with it. I have three siblings and there were no complaints by anybody about it. I did not go there because I'm in Florida, but I have two sisters that live about there and at the very end when he was dying they let them go in and be with him, and they didn't have any problem with the facilities at all seeing him at that point. Dad wasn't really eating. They complain about the food all the time anyway, but he never complained, but I don't think he really even ate hardly anything the last several days.
