I visited close to a dozen facilities while searching for the "one" that best suited my uncle due to his specific needs, including other Atria's. This place was special from the moment I walked in. I was welcomed by several staff and guests before I even said anything. As I toured the facility the greetings and smiles continued throughout. Many facilities may be pleasing on the surface, Atria on Roslyn Harbor is imbued with sparkle and elan. My decision was made even easier by several recommendations by industry professionals. The process to register my uncle was smooth and I am now looking forward to him enjoying his stay here.

Atria on Roslyn Harbor was beautiful. It was clean, it was spacious, and they had all kinds of activities. The staff was wonderful, lovely, very accommodating, and very caring. They have a theater, a gym, and a library. It overlooks the harbor, so it's pretty.

This community is 5 stars. The staff is outstanding and can’t do enough for their residents and families. They truly care! My mom was a resident for 5 years and was very involved. She made wonderful friends with both residents and staff. The apartments are lovely and it is like living in a 5 star hotel. The grounds being on Roslyn harbor are truly beautiful and a plus! They have wonderful programs and activities to keep active and busy. I will forever be grateful for my moms years there knowing she was always safe and well cared for!

Apartment was spacious and met all our needs. The staff was very friendly and were quick to help. The one thing that needs improvement is the food. Lunch salads were always good but dinners left a lot to be desired. In most cases I would throw out dinner and only eat the soup.

Atria on Roslyn Harbor excels at caring and compassionate management of residents along with regular written and personalized communication with family contacts of residents. The dedicated staff handled the enormous challenges of the pandemic with the proper balance of safety protocols and ongoing and transparent communication. The result was a very low infection rate. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The activities are plentiful and serve the diverse needs of the resident population up-to-and including lectures, live entertainment, yoga, painting and jewelry making class. The extensive outside patio area overlooks tranquil Roslyn Harbor and has a New England/countrified feel. The landscaping and flowers around the property is simply gorgeous. My mother has been a resident for over four years and the staff has become her extended family. They are easy to talk to - from executive management to front desk and service staff.

I visited Atria on Roslyn Harbor. We were treated OK. I think the facility was OK, but one of the problems was that we signed a temporary agreement, where we can think about it and cancel it in three days. So we cancelled it in three days, and through whatever happened in their billing department, we were billed for three different months, but we never even signed a lease. We never agreed that we were going to be moving there. We cancelled it within the three days. It was like a billing glitch but it was still upsetting to receive a bill for three months in a row. That was one of the problems. However, the facility seemed fairly nice, particularly the courtyard balcony view.

Atria on Roslyn Harbor was exceptionally beautiful and very well run. There were a lot of vibrant people, some of the people are still working in Roslyn Harbor and it’s in a beautiful, absolutely gorgeous location right on the Long Island South. The grounds and the facility itself were just beautiful, and we had lunch there fit for a queen. It was an outstanding place, and you could have your own washer and dryer in your room in a closet. It was very exceptional, but I don’t know if I can afford it. The food was outstanding.
I saw the residents, but I didn’t get an opportunity to talk to them since some of them are working and a lot of them are driving; it is totally different in assisted living. They have all kinds of activities; most of the people were pretty involved in different things, so I don’t think they have to be entertained. It is in an upscale community, and it has a quiet little town with very fine restaurants and shops; it’s a perfect place if you can afford it. I did have lunch with the director of marketing, her name is Jackie. I would definitely recommend the facility.

We went to Atria on Roslyn Harbor. We were invited for dinner there and the food was excellent. The dining room was huge. They had a lot of people. They had a lot of activities and we went to one little show that they put on with a singer which I found very sophomoric. The staff was wonderful. The place was lovely although it's just expensive.

I chose Atria because it's close to my home and my children. I have an apartment in a very nice hotel that's on the harbor. It's very pretty with flowers. The people working here are the finest in the community and all well-trained. The only thing it lacks is a swimming pool. It has health activities and shows. Some people like the food while others don't. They need to learn how to cook without salt because the residents say there's too much salt on their food. Other than that, I think that most people here are happy.

I was looking for something more independent and I found the Atria Senior Living. I didn't need assisted living for my parents. The place was very nice, very well kept, and people seemed to be very nice. They had a lot of activities and flexibiity with the dining options. I tried their food and I thought it was very good. The staff was very friendly and caring. I liked best that the apartments were very nice sized, the kitchens were well equipped, and it was a large apartment. Atria is easily accessible for all our family members because we live in different places. So we needed something that was centrally located because we come from the island and Manhattan to see them.

The facility was both clean and well maintained. The room was well furnished giving the resident a very nice experience including a small kitchen space with a microwave. Meals were served daily and the food was actually delicious. The staff was caring and attentive to all residents of facility making sure to check on each person individually multiple times a day to make sure they needed anything let it be medication or a drink. The room also included a refrigerator to keep any food the resident wanted to keep for snacks or coffee
