I was well taken care of and respected during my rehab stay at the Manor. I would return if there ever comes a time that I may need more therapy.

I wouldn’t even rate this facility one star if I didn’t have to. My brother was admitted to the hospital and the only reason I knew is because the HOSPITAL called to tell me he was being released. I tried to get updates on him and no one returned my calls. I left messages with the social worker Jessica and she didn’t return my calls. After my brother was discharged and no one returning my calls I did get a call from the supervisor a few days later who I may add called my home phone when my cell phone was clearly stated as my primary number. ( she told me this when she got me on my cell phone) My brother was being sent to the hospital for what she stated an evaluation. He died 6 hours later and I’ve never received a call from them.

Staff is amazing. very friendly and personable. Facility is very clean and inviting when you enter. A vast variety of activities and very nice courtyards to sit outside for fresh air. Over all a great experience for my family member when needing Long term placement

The Mannor as it is know in Wellsville NY is a traditional type nursing facility. There is a tremendous staff turnover at the Mannor. My aunt was there for around 2 years. Most of the employees were kind but they did not seem to be well informed and were often very young. The faculty itself was not dirty but not well maintained, and seemed very impersonal. The office staff and the full time staff seemed to be impersonal, the aids seemed to be very young. Because we live in a very rural area, we did not have many choices for care as my aunt became ill and needed assistance. I never felt that she was abused or neglected in any way, but it never seemed to be a warm or happy place for her to spend her last years.
