My mom was at the Elderwood at Waverly and we had a fair experience with them. The communication with the staff was really, really good, but the thing that complicates everything is the virus. In a rehab facility you should be able to go out, use equipment, and things like that, but it was a little bit more limited because things weren't available for the people. They didn't have any activates because of the virus and they couldn't bring them out of their rooms or anything like that. The food was fair and the facility was a little dated; it could use some work. Safety wise they were very safe, they didn't even let me into the building. I understand that, I do appreciate it too, because she wasn't infected.
