My mom moved into Inspire of McClelland . The place is very nice and homey and I'm very pleased with it. The rooms were very nice and clean. My mom enjoys the food. They offer , activities room, shopping, and expeditions. The staff is very good and nice. I'm very pleased with them and I'm very comfortable with my mother being there since she gets the help she needs.

Very impressed with the staff, and the home. Very warm and loving atmosphere.
By dissapointed
I know people who are current and past residents. The food makes almost everyone sick on an on-going basis and there is a shortage of staple foods like PB&J, which is typically a safe go to food.
People complain, but the food keeps going downhill. Not fit for humans. I know people who lost over 25 pounds in a few short months because of the food and/or are having constant stomach trouble from the food.
Residents pay over $1,000 a months to live there. With at least $70,000 income per month, they can't seem to nourish people properly or keep staff.
The staff turnover is frequent, and residents don't have privacy in their rooms. There are frequent thefts.

The McClelland Home was really nice and homey, and I've never been in a place so clean. It was great when my mom was there with nice, spacious rooms; really clean facilities; and a lot of great staff members. They were very caring and try to do everything they could to be accommodating. Everybody was very clean and always smelled good.
