My best friend was placed in this terrible place! The staff would take their time whenever she'd put her call light on. She was never showered . Her bed sheets were hardly ever changed. She would urine on herself they'd take so long to answer her light. She sat in her urine for hours. The staff was the laziest of people . The food was crappy not fit for a dog to eat. My girlfriend would call crying telling me how horrible this place was ran. I personally feel they should close it down! All they care about is MONEY not for the people! The State should be called to investigate !

Ok for rehab but if you need help for health care i give it one star. My two week stay was the most stressful experience of my life .The entire staff is so poorly trained and selected .I was given an overdose of meds by there nurse . Another nurse told me to go home cause i took to much of there time . So i did

My mother-in-law was here for rehab. It was OK for what it was needed. The Brightonian was alright, but wasn't great. On a scale of 1 to 10, I probably give them a 6. The facilities were OK, but it wasn't great. It's run down, older, and looks like a nursing home.
