My parents moved into Legacy at Park Crescent. The people there are extremely professional, friendly, and very supportive of my parents transitioning from their home to a senior living situation. All the staff have been wonderful and caring. The food is excellent. Chef Kevin really does a beautiful job of making sure that they get a nice variety of food. The facilities are wonderful and extremely clean. It's open and decorated beautifully. They keep it fresh. They don't mind some of the seniors putting little things out in the front door to make their entry space their own. Their two-bedroom apartment is beautiful. The laundry facilities and the trash facilities are good. The planned activities throughout the day are awesome.

We considered Legacy at Park Crescent for our father, however, in the end we decided to move forward in a different direction. We really appreciated the tour and time spent discussing the various options and amenities available. Excellent care facility, everyone we met was very welcoming. Thank you!

We've chosen Legacy at Park Crescent for mom. There are a lot of good things about it. There was a significant number of activities that my mom was interested in. Also, she kind of made a connection with Elizabeth and she was responsive to any questions that we had. She's just very good about getting back to us and having my mother come in for visits and trying to get her in the right apartment because each apartment was a little different, just going step-by-step over things with my mom and what we could afford. They made it affordable for her to live there. The facility was very nice, clean, and friendly.

Overall, Legacy at Park Crescent was the best value, and it felt the most comfortable there. It is close to where we live now. It is a more convenient area. It is in the same area as where we are now, so banking, shopping, and everything would be similar. We did try their food, and it was great. They don't have a pool, but we do have a balcony. It's a different, park-like setting within the community. In fact, our apartment overlooks a little courtyard-type thing. We have a move-in date too.

The room my mother rented is spacious. Her apartment has a fireplace and a balcony. Everything about the apartment makes you feel at home and cozy. The bathroom is huge, plenty of room especially if you need a wheelchair. The staff are professional, caring, and accommodating. The residents are very friendly. Activities are nicely planned and gives residence a large variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this Independent living facility.

Legacy at Park Crescent is a very nice place. The staff is very good and very friendly. The place is beautiful. The food is OK. They have Bingo, but Mom doesn't go, and they have a library that she likes a lot. She has a studio and it's very nice. It's small, but it's very comfortable. She likes it there. It's very good financially.

My father has been at Legacy for 3 and a half years, and I am very impressed with them because my mother moved in; the two of them were in together into a 2 bedroom apartment. When my mother passed away, I went down to the office, and I told them I want my father in a 1 bedroom because mentally he can’t see her bedroom. In just a week they had it moved. They gave us everything we wanted in another patio. It’s a beautiful facility with beautiful patios. They’ve got ducks and geese, landscaping, the beautiful pavilion outside, and no problems with his view. It’s very accessible if you have a wheelchair or walker, easy to get in till late at night for someone who is there with the code. If I want to take my father out, I have a code to get him back in after a certain time. It’s very clean, and when you walk in it’s impressive. My father is very happy, but my father and most of the people are not impressed with the food at all; they go and buy their own food. The apartments are of good size, and the rooms are bigger.

My dad was at Legacy at Park Crescent. He liked it there. It’s very well kept and very clean. The people are nice and friendly, and it seems the residents like the place and are all very happy. They have little groups that get together and do things. There’s no help there. They give them their meals, and they have a few things that they’ll help them with but not as much as he needs. He really liked the food there. He had a nice, spacious room with a huge bathroom.

My mom lives at The Legacy right now. They are great and seem very nice, very helpful, and patient with her. When my father was there, they have to have lots of different aides and staff come in. Mom was having a day where she didn’t want to leave him, so they brought meals to her one-bedroom apartment. They are very good. Mom is very comfortable but feels very lonely and lost without Dad at this point. They have all sorts of activities, like music, different game nights, and entertainment around the holidays. They have everything, like a beauty shop and barber shop right there, which made it very easy when Mom and Dad gave up driving. It worked out very well. I would highly recommend them. It comes with everything they need. They can get rides in taxis when they want to take little trips and get a few things, like chips or cookies. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are really nice; it’s a very comfortable facility and doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a care facility of any sort. It’s very nice.

Legacy at Park Crescent was beautiful. My mom lived there for a very short time before she went into a nursing home. It's very clean, very bright, and very up-to-date. The staff was very good, and there's plenty to do. It's a very active community. They have day trips and all kinds of stuff going on all the time. What I liked most was the overall appearance; and the least thing was the cost, because it's expensive, although everything was included. The only thing that you have to pay out of pocket for is your phone.

We visited Legacy at Park Crescent. It was very nice, very clean, and very well taken care of. They had a receptionist that greeted us when we came in. The rooms were small, but they were nice. It was also very modern. The grounds were kept very well.

My friend is at The Legacy. This particular one is totally independent. My friend does some aid service that she pays for on a monthly basis to come and help her with her medicine, getting dressed in the morning, and getting ready for bed at night. She is happy there. The Legacy is on a little worn side; it is a little older facility. It needs to get spruced up a little bit, but my friend is happy there. The staff is wonderful to her. They're very accommodating. However, my friend was quite a long way from any of their activities, so she didn't go because it was difficult for her to get there. So I think the design of anything new would need to be where the seniors were closer to their meals and closer to the activities.

It's very good, and I'm very comfortable and provided for. I've been here for 2-1/2 months now. It is kept up very well, and it's neat and clean. The food is delicious. The activities are ongoing all the time if you want to do them. The people that are living here are older like I am, there are couples, and you live like you did at home. I would recommend Legacy at Park Crescent.

My father-in-law has moved in at Legacy at Park Crescent. We chose this because of the people who were there, and it was more of a community. They do grocery shopping, and they also have lot of activities like social events where they have teenagers come dance with the elderly. They also have bingo all the time and Wii games. There is a billiard room, dominoes, and card games. They also have musicians come in. There is something going on all the time.

We selected the Legacy for my mother because at that time she just needed independent and not the assisted living. Her experience has been very good. The staff is very caring and very helpful. Her room is very clean and very nice.

Legacy is outstanding with making my mother feel like at home. It’s terrific, fabulous, and the reason we are not going has nothing to do with them. Everything seems first class; the receptionist and sales person was terrific and extraordinarily knowledgeable. The price is great and they were very nice people.

The Legacy was better but some of their staff did come slow over there a little bit. I don’t feel like they had a handle on it, but it hasn’t been real bad. The staff is friendly. They do listen to what you’re saying. They have their own little apartments. I would say the cleanliness is good. It’s not institutional. Their activities would be bingo, wine tasting, and some exercise classes. They have card playing, movies, and walking. They also have parties for residents’ birthdays.

Legacy was very nice. The people that worked there were very friendly and outgoing. The people that lived there were very friendly as well. They offered us lunch but we declined. They had activities there. There were a group of people playing some card games, some were playing board games and they had an exercise room.
