The Glen at Hiland Meadows independent living is inviting, it's a very nice setting, and the people there are nice. The people that work there are all very nice, engaging, and welcoming. It's also clean. All utilities are included plus phone, cable, 21 meals, snow removal off your car and valet of your car, and transportation to appointments and shopping.

I have chosen The Glen at Hiland Meadows. It's an absolutely beautiful facility. They have all the amenities that I was looking for. They keep the grounds immaculate; it looks like a golf course. I chose a one-bedroom with adequate size. They have all the amenities I was looking for. They have their own restaurant, and as part of your monthly rent, you get a certain number of points to have lunches and dinners there. They do housekeeping for you once a month if you need it. They have a shuttle service that takes people shopping. At the moment, I'm not going to use that, but in general it's just a beautiful place. They have very, very wonderful staff. The people seem to be very caring and thoughtful of each potential resident. I was there during one of the meal periods, and I certainly can see the food, and it certainly looked excellent. They post the menu each day. I was there three different times, and I looked at the menu three different times, and they certainly looked fine to me.

I toured The Glen at Hiland Meadows, but it was very expensive. The appearance of the place was excellent. The person who gave me the tour was a very nice woman who knows what she's doing. She has been with the community for a long time and was very friendly. I haven't tried the food, but it appeared to be very nice. They had a lot of activities for the residents, and transportation to the stores and other places around the area. The rooms there were also very nice.

The Glen at Hiland Meadows has everything; however, it's very expensive. All of their common rooms are luxurious and spacious. The dining area is very beautiful and comfortable. The food is delicious. The apartments are lovely and very very clean; however, for people who are moving out of their homes, they're small.
