My grandmother lives at saint james, the staff is does not make the residents a priority. Especially the ones that dont live in the main house. They make them wait around for days.

We went to the St. James Manor. It was smaller, but it was still a great place. It was very clean. They were very thorough, very welcoming, and friendly. I got to see them twice. Everything seemed clean and modern. They had an exercise room, an activities room, and it was 20 minutes from my house.
