At first and over years very good care now the aides as well as supervisors are lacking skills for customer service. Here lately we get no calls when aide not coming and all they say is it got lost on my desk. Notification is horrible. No checking up or training of aides. Last year is the worst ever. Not the supervisors of staffing are not even answering phone calls.

From the beginning, it looked pleasant. We visited on a Sunday in mid July and there were people mingling around, which was nice. There were elder people in the back sitting in the shade enjoying themselves. The facility is all contained within a building, so you get an idea of what the conditions are pretty quickly. I was impressed at how clean and modern the public corridors were. That is in contrast to many similar places that are hotel/motel like and left in dingy status. The room itself was on the second floor and was spacious considering she was living alone. There was a quaint kitchen and room to maneuver from the living room to the bedroom. Her living room had a sliding glass window to a mini balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Having not actually encountered employees (we were buzzed up), I can't state an opinion about them. But everyone I saw personally appeared happy, which says a lot.
