SUBACUTE REHABILITATION

At Absolut Care of Westfield, our clinical and rehabilitative staff work together to create comprehensive care plans that provide you with the greatest opportunity for healing and recovery. Our therapy program is designed to help you regain your independence and transition safely back into the community. This includes a designated area for practicing activities of daily living in a kitchen and bathroom setting right within our therapy gym. Other important care activities, such as getting out of bed, are practiced in a bedroom setting.
