Quail Summit was a clean and modern facility. The staff member who gave me the tour was very helpful. The room's setup was small but acceptable. The new dining room was beautiful, though, and the common areas were well furnished. The menu looked like it had a lot of variety as well. There were residents gathering in the common area and playing cards when I was there.

The visit to Quail Summit was good. I loved the grounds, but the rooms were a little small. They had a bus that took them to different places, bingo, different crafts, visiting entertainment, and a car show.

I visited Quail Summit, it was nice, but it seemed more like a nursing home. What we didn't like was she would need to move out of the apartment and into another wing if she needed further assistance. The staff member was very pleasant, the dining room was very nice, and the library was very nice as well.

Quail Summit is close to where my mother lives. She lives in like a miniature apartment. She's got a living room, a small kitchen area with microwave and small refrigerator. The staff is wonderful and they do everything for her. They do her laundry once a week, they clean once a week, she gets three meals a day, and they even have transportation to take her to doctors' appointments, shopping, and go to the banks. They also take care of her medicine. Anybody can answer questions when you call, and if they can't, they will find a person who can answer and call you back. They're great. There's not a thing I don't like about them. The food is very good, too. But it's expensive if somebody doesn't have long-term care insurance.
