I had two caregivers from HCS, Inc who were amazing, but I had one person who was like a zero. I love their coordinator dearly, but I don't feel like she is meeting my standards because when I asked her to remove this home attendant, she has not been removed. This home attendant that I don't like told my Grandpa not to wake her up before 8 a.m. because she is not on until 8, and that is completely unacceptable. These attendants provide 24-hour service, 7 days a week. They need to improve on who they're hiring.

Stay far away from this agency. I had several different aides. Two of them were older woman who probably needed assistance themselves. One if them was coughing all the time, we later found out she may have had TB. None of the aides cleaned my parent. I would come home from work & she was sitting in urine soaked pampers & her bed was soaked .Most of them just come & sit there playing on their phones. My mom fell off the toilet & the aide never told us until much later. We finally got one that I trained myself. The agency does not care about the consumer. If you dare call the coordinator to discuss your concerns you will get yelled at & hung up on for bothering them. They also treat their aides like garbage. They are paid very low wages & are treated very badly. Most are not permanent citizens & are fearful to speak up. This agency needs to be investigated by both the Dept of Health & Dept of labor both of which I intend on contacting.

WE have been transferred to this agency on October 2011 this is the worst most unprofessional agency there is. I have in two months gotten rid of 6 aides that were not only unprofessional eating our food, to incompetent could't/ wouldn't attempt to bring my grandmother to the bathroom via wheelchair and neglectful would ignore her at nighttime. I've spoken to coordinators( some of which called me love, and hun), supervisors then I finally said I'm taking this to medicaid for a fair hearing I received to good aides ; however they do not speech the same language as my grandmother as they have no Russian aides available. Within the first week I had kicked out a home attendant who closed the door on my grandmother when sleeping and left the room and I via baby monitor heard her screaming for her mama. When calling the agency the coordinator on call (this was during the weekend) said let me speak to her. I said you don't understand I want this woman out of my home! She replies since it is the weekend understand you might not get attendant for the next couple days and had the nerve to say do you take responsibility? I didn't for get anyone for two days and 4 hours. (which is illegal) Then Monday came the attendant that was supposed to show up at 8am never came. That was just the first week with HCS!
