My father was staying on the rehab unit unfortunately was during the lockdown ,but these people ...employees they went beyond helpful to my family and my dad always call us using FaceTime to see him and talk to him staff were super professional and very caring did not even not meet the staff in person but let me tell you they were so warm and loving when ever they call me ,my father was confused and having difficulty staying without his family .I do not even have to call the unit to ask how his day was ,the supervisor would call me in evening ,to share wether he had a bad day or good day.she was so warm very caring ,I really do not know her name has an accent very down to earth ,lovely girl she called me every time she is on ,I feel like I have known her all my life so friendly and the Nurse practitioner also calls me with any updates very professional I am very pleased with the care and the love they gave my dad I will recommend.p to anyone who’s love one needs therapy or nursing home care thank you

Good Shepherd Fairview Home nursing home is 60 years old but it's well-maintained. My dad has been there for almost three years and we've had very good luck with them. The dining area is clean, seems homey, and all the people like it. They have people coming in with musical instruments, play cards, take them to a restaurant a couple times a month, and my dad goes to the gym three days a week. The staff is very welcoming and they know me as soon as I walk in. My dad's room and the hallways are always clean.

I have an application for residency at this nursing home for my mother. The young lady that reviews the application was very friendly and quite helpful in choosing what might best my mothers needs.
This is all new to me, and to be quite truthful overwhelming. It is nice when someone takes a few extra minutes out of there day to help makes a difference in my day.
