My mother was in this facility for 18 hours and literally almost died because the nurses were too lazy to look at her paperwork so they could administer her medications. I left at 6pm and when I arrived at 8:30 the next morning they had to call 911. My mom was told to "calm down" or completely ignored when she asked for her medications. She asked for them several times thought out the night and I was assured by a nurse when I left that she would receive them by 9pm. She had to spend 8 days in the MICU because of Welbrook's incompetence. Do not bring your loved one here unless you can be with them 24/7 to monitor their care and advocate for their needs. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

My husband was in Welbrook Centennial Hills. I liked it. It was really nice. His room was very clean, and I thought the food was very good. His therapy was also very good.
