I had to find an assisted living facility for my uncle who lives in Los Angeles. I moved to Las Vegas a year ago and thought it would be better if he was near me, so I looked at both larger and smaller places. When I found Tender Loving Home, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention he received. The staff were all incredibly kind and patient, and they went above and beyond to ensure that he was comfortable and happy.
The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There were plenty of activities and amenities available for the residents, and my uncle always had something fun to do.
I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone in need of assisted living care. The staff truly made a difference in my uncle's quality of life, and I am grateful for their dedication and hard work.

The staff are incredibly friendly and compassionate. It's like they really care which for many of us know that can be hard to come by. Top to bottom the place is really clean and doesn't smell like an old folks home! Plenty of space in the common areas to hang out and relax and same goes for the rooms which is great. Lovely looking place all around and I'm glad we chose it. Highly recommend!

I can't call this a facility. I have visited many facilities and this is more like a home. The staff is caring and compassionate. They have always warmly greeted me and I have watched them interact lovingly and engaging with the patients.
Even though it is big (on a big lot with lots of rooms) they make it feel like a home. They eat together and visit with one another. No one is ever left out from being part of the family. They even have this cute dog that will come around and visit with the patients.
The rooms are spacious and clean. That facility horriable smell, that has accosted me at other facilities, is not here at all. All the times, I have visited, it has been spotless.

The staff is amazing. They treat residents like family. The rooms are spacious and clean. The communication with family is great. We can always reach someone if needed. An amazing place.

My aunt was recently transitioned into a care home because my family was not able to provide her with the care that she needed. After searching for months for the right place for my aunt, we found Tender Loving Memory Care & Assisted Living Home. We were immediately greeted with warmth. We met the owner, Leo and the manager, Lily and they walked us through their home and all the questions and concerns that we had.
During our walk through, we saw and talked to current residents, they all looked cheerful and comfortable. The rooms were large and spacious with plenty of space to fit a restroom in each room! The caregivers were also so kind and caring. We were even greeted by the “on-staff” dog! She gave us and my aunt all the kisses! All the meals were cooked straight from the kitchen and looked delicious!
We felt very comfortable leaving my aunt in the care of “TLH” and I proud to say that my aunt has been living there for 3 months now!

I had a very nice tour and a very nice talk with Leo at Tender Loving Memory Care & Assisted Living Home. The place was very clean. Leo was very informative and gave me an awesome tour. I got to see the room, the living room, and the dining area with big screen TVs, and that was impressive. He took me to the kitchen and I got to see the menu. I believe I answered all the questions he wanted to hear.
For me, it's in an excellent location. I clocked it at seven and a half miles from my house. Craig Ranch is just down the street from it (about a mile and a half), so if my brother does come out here, I can go pick him up and take him to the park, maybe even stop and pick up lunch and go to the park. It could vary depending upon the weather, but I thought it was very nice.
I've seen staff around there working, but I didn't have any real intertwining with them or anything. There was one lady caring for a lady that was watching TV. I liked how she handled herself, but I had no interaction with any staff member other than Leo giving me the tour and talking to me. I was impressed with their kitchen and their dining area. Their front was awesome because there was no clutter out front. It was nicely groomed. There was basically plenty of parking for people to come and visit, at least on the day that I was there.

I visited my grandma over the weekend here and I had a great experience!
- The property itself was unlike any other facility I have seen before. The inside was so clean, so spacious, and it had a lot of personality to it. There were 2 pianos for the guests/residents to play on, multiple areas for the residents to hang out at - and my favorite part was the fish tanks. They have a courtyard in the middle of the property, allowing residents to look out or even to go out there if they wish.
- The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I definitely feel safe to have my grandma here, and I know she is in good hands.
- I was very impressed with the food they gave there. My grandma ate rice, turkey, zucchini, corn, and carrots for dinner. It is great to see the effort the staff puts in to providing healthy meals.

The size of this home is so large, It is open, comfortable and welcoming. There are so many activities, a grand piano and plenty of seating for family and friends to visit. It's open and sunny and the size of the rooms and the amenities of each rooms bathrooms are the best of any facility I have seen! Great place and even better people.

I had to tour this facility for my father in law. I was blown away with the spacious rooms and common areas they have. It’s not the typical grouphome setting. My father in law will for sure enjoy the generous size of room he will have. The owner Leo, was so welcoming and I could feel his sincerity in managing his business. I am happy that this will be the future home of my father in law.

Compared to other homes that I’ve recently visited, Tender Loving Home has full amenities and higher quality care, which are the keys for my decision to place my mom. Exceptionally spacious facility/ room that I have ever visited!
During my tour with the owner, Leo, who is very thorough, the facility has impressed me with their cleanliness and attentive staffs. I have witnessed their staffs being very patient and attentive caring for a bed bound patient while I was there!
For my 87 year old picky mom who needs 24/7 care, I had visited many other facilities , but in general those places are not clean and staffs were not friendly! I am definitely sending my mom to Tender Loving Home as I feel the monthly fee is very reasonable for all that the home provides.
