Bridge at Paradise Valley was a beautiful, clean, and well-kept facility. They had a dining area, beauty shop, and laundry area. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist.

The food is inconsistent. Sometimes there are mistakes with medication, which is very serious. Some care givers are very good and some are not.

The Bridge at Paradise Valley was small, but the staff was very friendly. The room that they offered me was a shared room with two bedrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen. The public rooms were tiny. Even though I liked the people, I couldn’t see living in a teacup.

My father has been a resident at The Bridge At Paradise Valley going on 2 years. The facility is kept exceptionally clean by housekeeping and maintenance problems are addressed immediately. The food is superb-the executive chef is exceptional. The caregivers for assisted living are very friendly, kind and attentive-all in all- a very good staff. The Executive Director-Jane-is a dedicated professional, who really cares about the well-being of her residents. She has a "good heart". No matter how busy she may be, the residents and/or their family members have access to her if there is a problem. With that being said, I would rate this facility FIVE STAR rating.

The Bridge has a good location, and it was very clean. They have good food, and the rooms were very nice, but they did not have a very good staff. They were very abrupt with the people, and I do not like that.

The Bridge was recommended to us, and it is really close to where we live. The staff was very nice; they did a really good job showing us around. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and very clean. The dining room was very spacious; it looked like a condo restaurant almost. They just told us what they did for activities; they have a lot of activities. It’s not a very secure location, and I am sure they have monitors that they look up patients where, so if they fall they can push the button in it.

The Bridge at Paradise Valley is a perfect fit for my mother. She lives in her own apartment but they assist her to get to meals and some other help like with her showers. The staff is great and they have a lot of activities there. They have games and cards and they have entertainers come in, but my mother is not interested in any of that. She prefers to be isolated but my mom's doing very well. The nursing staff is very helpful and the place is very clean. I’m just really happy with it. I would recommend this place.

BEWARE if you are on oxygen! Management here permits smoking close to the entrance, with smoke drifting directly into lounge area provided for watching TV. My brother was NOT a smoker, and was diagnosed with emphysema after spending much time in this lounge area. He had to go on oxygen and could hardly breathe, was miserable and depressed, for months, before he passed away-all due to management allowing smokers close to the TV lounge. Management has remained oblivious to this serious problem, after being warned by doctors and home health nurses, entering the building. I hope this message is taken seriously.

The Bridge of Paradise Valley was reasonably priced. There’s also some living space here. Because I’m limited in my mobility, I don’t really get out very much, but I know just about everybody and the employees in here. I go shopping, to the pharmacy to pick up meds, and to doctor’s appointment. The working staff is great. We get along, and they do the best they can. However, there are a couple of supervisors that I have my doubts about. The food is outstanding. Chef Andrew and I have a good working relationship. He listens and follows up. They’re very good!

My father was at The Bridge after 3 months of rehab. They have treated him so well with respect and kindness. The staff were so friendly. I have moved my father to Texas with me recently. I am very grateful for all the help they have given my father.
