They have a menu so you can chose the meals. Food has been excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional. I understand there are other patients that require attention before you but that is everywhere.

This place should have a makeover and the doctors and the staff should Retrained to communicate. If you ever want the run around from the head nurse in the 100 hall just ask for Mia. (Unit mgr) She will tell you she’s tired busy or call me back in 10 & be mysteriously out of the building. You can not get a straight answer out of the nurses. They all act like it’s there first day and do not know about the patient you are inquiring about! As far as the respiratory therapist, well it seems to be everyone else’s job. My sister came to this facility eating whole food breathing on part time on her own and using a passive mirror valve to talk and strengthen her lungs. She has been there since December 30, 2020, they have kept her on a feeding tube and no talking valve. Moral of my post do not take your worst enemy here this place lacks moral consideration. It’s so sad to hear all the chit chat in the back ground when you are desperate to find out information on your sister who is a paraplegic. Top it off the nurse just set the phone next to her head when she cannot speak loud enough to hear on the phone. Try it for yourself give them a call and ask to talk to admissions, bet their voice mail is full, see if the part time doctor will call you back when you leave a message.

This is the worst place to have your loved ones the CNAs are only sitting on the computer the patients have ther poop out of the clothes the LPN babs sleeping in the nurse station but the most interesting the nurse the alleged manager of the 300 floor named maei or may not know how to write the name laughing at a patient who was screaming because she want to use the bathroom at the end the patient got wet and this nurse said to patient mocking you have to wait for your CNA Iam very tired and she kept sitting looking at magazines so horrible

Never a place to consider. Place smells. My friend was there with an infection due to catheter. Negative review you read about this place are accurate. CNA's sitting around or RN convenient "just went on break". Not a good place for ANYONE! If your condition doeant kill you, depression will.

The Royal Springs was a nice facility. They have good size rooms. The staff was nice. The care was good. The food was OK. However, the facility could be nicer and more inviting as far as the facility goes overall. It looked more like a hospital than a facility. It had that hospital look. It looked like a nursing home instead of a rehab facility. Sanitation was not great or bad; it was just OK. Also the food was not great or bad; it was just OK.
