My father moved into Legacy House of Centennial Hills. It is close to his friends. It is really nice inside. They keep it nice and clean. They are attentive and always smiling. They greet you. It just feels like a community. They have a dining room that they encourage my father eat in. They have bingo and church services. They put out a schedule every day. I had meals in there, and they were very tasty. It seemed like the perfect amount of food for a senior citizen to eat. They are very expensive.

My father moved into Legacy House of Centennial Hills. The facility is welcoming and they are catering to all the things that he needs with all their resources. My dad likes the food there. They offer him in-room dining, telephone service, cable service, and bathing. They have a movie theater and they take them places. They have a lot of board games, and they have a pool table. The place is very clean. I always see people cleaning all the time.

Visiting Legacy House of Centennial Hills was a great experience. It's just the price was too high and the staff weren't as friendly as the other facility we went to, but the rooms were beautiful. They had fireplaces in most of them. The rooms were very nice.

The only thing about Legacy House of Centennial Hills is that they don't provide my friend with enough help; everything else is perfect. It's a nice facility, she seems to be doing well and all that, but she can't move, so when she has to go to the bathroom or something, she needs help. And she's having a little trouble getting people out there, but that's the only issue. The place is kind of smallish, but it's adequate. I think they take care of her pretty well and they answer her calls, but I just think they need to see her on schedule. I haven't eaten there but she seemed to be happy with the food. They have a game room and they have activities for people that could partake in them. It's a very nice place and they're doing OK for the price.

I toured Legacy House of Centennial Hills, which I thought was very good. I was very impressed with the facility. I was very impressed with the tour I was given there. I thought everything was very clean and very neat. I was very impressed with what they do there. The tour services were great. The staff member was excellent. She met with us twice when I took my mother in. I was very impressed with her. They had certain hours for meals, and we weren't there at that time. I didn't see any activity because I was there probably right after lunch, and I know a lot of the residents take naps, because I know my mother does. I know they had different games and activities planned. I saw their full activity calendar for things residents can do for each and every day if they choose to. It was definitely well planned for activities to keep the residents busy should they choose to participate. I only saw the one room for a resident because I was looking for respite. The staff walked us through the respite room, which was a one-bedroom. It was extremely clean. It had a patio. It was very, very nice.

The staff at Legacy House of Centennial Hills was very nice. It just didn't have the same type of quality, cleanliness, and appearance as the other place, and it seemed a little bit more tired. They had a smaller movie room, which had just a projector screen, couch-like seating, and it was simpler. It was clean, but it wasn't as new or as remodeled, and the showers didn't have benches in them. They had a salon, a theater room, private dining for guests if you wanted to rent that space, a large dining room, an outdoor common area, and a common area for music and entertainment inside. They did activities and bingo and things like that. Their activities list offered two or three things a day.

We moved into Legacy House of Centennial Hills, and we've been here a couple of weeks now. We're doing great. They have physical therapy and everything, so we're doing well. The people here are wonderful, they help out, they keep things clean, and they help whenever you need it. It's bright and cheerful, and we have a corner apartment that is larger than most. Every Sunday they have an ice-cream social, they have two different religious services, we have music usually three or four times a week -- and it's all different types of music -- and they have games. They have great food. It's very good, and I don't think they add any salt. They have a decent selection every day for lunch and dinner, but you have a menu you can order from if you don't like what they're having.

Legacy House of Centennial Hills was a very nice place. It's very beautiful. They've got a big room for activities, and the dining area seemed very nice. The menu was very palatable. I met with the marketing person. They were all very friendly, and I think the rates are reasonable. Bingo is common, but they have painting classes and cards. They have entertainment on certain nights, which is nice for the residents. It's very well kept up and looks very clean. All I viewed were the studio and the one-bedroom. My sister is looking for a two-bedroom, and they didn't have any available at this time. I didn't see too many people around. I really didn't see how they interacted with the people. I only interacted with the receptionist and the marketing person.

My tour experience at Legacy House of Centennial Hills was outstanding. The staff was outstanding as well. It appeared to be almost like living in a resort. It's new, and the facility was very up-to-date. Everything was sparkly, shiny and brand new almost. The location was perfect for me. It's very easy to find and very close to places like eating establishments and shopping districts.

The Marketing Manager was the nicest person but that changed once my mother-in-law was in the facility. I was told that they have a few levels of care. More care, more money. The Marketing Manager told me that they conduct resident reviews every 30 days and that the cost will go down if you need less care. My mother-in-law’s care went down because she was doing more on her own. No reviews have been done and she still paid $4200 a month. The food is disgusting and almost never warm, you choose what you want and they give you something totally different with missing condiments, cold coffee and cold soup. Residents were constantly complaining about the food and being hungry and upper management couldn’t care less. They cannot keep a cook to save their life. I was told that services include the level of care, meals, snacks, laundry service, house keeping, activities and transportation. This was not true. There were no snacks in sight and none were offered or provided, they charge extra for laundry, they don’t do house keeping, zero activities even before their first covid case and they claim to have transportation but didn’t have a driver. They opened my mother-in-laws mail and took 2 large bottles of Tylenol which they never gave back when she moved out. They don’t allow the residents to have any kind of over the counter medicines even if you are of sound mind. I packed a box with all kinds of over the counter stuff that I thought she might need and they confiscated the box when she moved in. When it came time to move, they all claim that they didn’t know where it was. Total disrespect of residents personal property. My mother-in-laws apartment was fairly small and oddly situated. Care givers/ aids were constantly quitting due to being over-worked and underpaid. There are never enough staff to residents ratio, even though they claim there is. My mother-in-law needed more care when she arrived in November 2020 and was made to sit in dirty briefs for 2 sometimes 3 hours because there wasn’t enough staff. She has had many awful rashes and wasn’t allowed to have powder in her room. REALLY? Powder?? The only good thing about this establishment is, it looks pretty. Their website might sound like everything you’re looking for. Just know that the person who refers you to this facility will receive a $500 commission if the resident stays 3 months. The Marketing Manager definitely has two faces and she is clearly in it for the $$ because she receives a commission too. She also turned me against her supervisor claiming that she was constantly interfering with her clients and that she was always on her case. Lord only knows if that was the truth. I unfortunately believed the Marketing Manager and asked her supervisor not to contact me anymore. That, I am sorry for and I feel horrible. This facility was not fit for someone I love. Thankfully, my mother-in-law moved out yesterday.

I toured this facility and asked the marketing director to show us the cheapest room available. We came back with our loved one for a second tour. The marketing director instead of finalizing our paperwork decided to show even a cheaper room to someone else. We sat in her office waiting for well over an hour. After we learned she gave the cheaper room to a walk in (we had an appointment) we walked away from this place. I'm glad this happened as we found a much better group home that made our loved one a priority. It's a really nice facility but clearly they only care about the bottom line and making as much money off people as they can.

My parents moved into assisted living at Legacy House of Centennial Hills. It seems well-staffed and they're very attentive. My parents enjoyed the place. The rooms are apartment-style, nice, and brand new. They enjoyed the food and the dining room is very nice. There's a library, salon, an exercise room, movie theater, and multiple rooms where they do arts and crafts, church services, bingo, and different games. The staff is awesome and all the residents seem to really enjoy them.

Legacy House of Centennial Hills was clean. The residents all seemed very happy. It just wasn't for us because my father needs lockdown. The staff was very helpful and gave us lots of information. We got all the answers to the questions we had.

Legacy House is a very new, clean facility that seems to have a higher class of people than some of the other locations. It's very convenient to my house. My wife has been socializing and playing dominos with people, and they have trips. The staff is very kind when I talk to them.
