Morada Quintessence was very clean and very orderly. We had no complaints about it at all. The staff seemed conscientious and were working hard. The person who gave me a tour was a good guy. They had an enclosed lawn type area that I thought was pretty nice. The apartments were nice, too.

My father will be moving to Morada Quintessence. The place was well-kept and clean. The staff who assisted me during the tour was very helpful. It was the most affordable compared to other places. They also have doctors on staff, they have a dining area, and I saw their outside area. They gave me something about the activities.

Morada Quintessence was nice. The gentleman who showed us a room was fantastic. The other person that received us was nice and polite, too. The facility was beautiful. It's a place my husband and I want to go. It was very well run, very well taken care of, and very clean. Most of the rooms looked bright. It was very charming. You can see the mountains from there. Plus it was only one floor.

My father was only at Morada Quintessence for a very short period. We didn't have any issues. Everything was pretty nice there, but it was just kind of a limited menu on meals. He didn't have a lot of choices there. He said there are a lot of different kinds of chicken, and he wasn't fond of chicken. They had stuff scheduled going on, but it wasn't as much as the other place. He wasn't there long. It was all single floor and then they had a large courtyard in the center of the facility.

My father is currently a resident. Living as far away as I do, I was deeply concerned about placing him somewhere with complete strangers and my inability to physically check in regularly. He's been there a few months now and I can honestly say that my fears have been erased as the care and attention he has received has been phenomenal. He needs more assistance than when he originally moved in and the staff has responded very, very well to his additional care needs. Not only have they have been responsive and adaptive to the changes in my Dad's care needs, they have provided my niece and I timely updates and/or feedback as needed and have worked closely with hospice to make sure my father is as comfortable and well taken care of as possible. All of our questions and any concerns we had initially have been addressed and followed through on. In some ways his care has been a team/collaborative effort between the staff and us. These efforts have exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the attention and care he receives not to mention the genuineness and sincerity of the staff who care for him. Thank you all for everything you do.

Morada Quintessence has been exceptional in making sure that my grandfather has had the best possible care. They have worked with myself and my family to ensure his medications are updated and figure out what would make him most comfortable. They've been phenomenal in keeping in touch with me about updates and any issues that have happened or things I need to be aware of. We have enjoyed working with them thus far. He said the food is pretty good. It's always kept very clean and tidy. The staff members help pick up my grandpa's room if there's trash lying around or anything like that. They empty the trashes frequently and make sure that it's a clean environment. He hasn't been able to take part in activities, but they seem to have a good number of activities available for the residents. They have painting, games, and different art projects. I have been in a few others over the years with my grandma and this one has been by far the cleanest and most well kept.

Morada Quintessence was very nice. It was clean, modern, and had an open floor plan. There's plenty of space if people go down the hall. There's enough room for two wheelchairs. It's just beautiful. I met the maintenance man and he was very nice. They had hotel-like rooms where there's a bed, a chair, a TV, and a toilet. It was nice and just what we needed. Andrew toured us around and he was lovely. Just a nice guy. Some residents were playing dominoes and were having a great time when we were there.

I toured and liked Morada Quintessence very much. They had some options that seemed to fit well for my mom. It was all single story. Since it's one level, you don't have to worry about elevators. Everything was very centered. The building is kind of circular in shape. There's really no way to get too confused. A lot of the other places have different wings to go down the different floors, so that can be a little confusing. If they were to walk around and eventually get back to their room, they wouldn't get stuck in some dead-end or someplace. Everyone was nice, and the staff was really nice. Everyone spoke to me as I went through the facility, greeted me, and told me what their position was and what they did. They were very impressive. Right now, it's my top pick. Plus the thing I liked about them is they kind of have just a flat price. It covers all levels of care, so you don't go in and they say, "Your mother's basic level, but your dad's on level four. It's an extra $4000 tacked on top of the room and the bill." It's pretty crazy. Almost everyone, except for the Morada Quintessence all had charges that could really sneak up on you. It was really the most reasonable for the price. The representative who took us on the tour can arrange for us to go back and try a meal, and I can even take my folks.

My sister is very happy here. Unfortunately, I have not been in her apartment because of the virus. She herself is pretty much quarantined to her room. The farthest that I've gotten there is the front room and that's it. The staff is very professional and polite. Her meals are sent to her room because the dining rooms are closed and no visitors are allowed. Right now, I would rate everyone a three, no better and no worse, because of the virus. What I saw I very much approved of. It was fine. The communication is good. Safety measures are good, too. Everything is fine.

I like the physical layout of here better than any. It was all in one story and was kind of round, so that if anyone got confused, they could just keep walking down the hall and end up in their room. They had an interior grassy and almost park-like area, and it's surrounded by the building. So it's very secure and not someone who shouldn't be there could get in. As far as the rooms, they were nice but some of the others had more space and better kitchen areas. As far as the staff and the way they interacted with the residents, that was my favorite. It seems really warm and there's just a good atmosphere there. So I felt very positive about that place. They have a list of a whole bunch of activities.

The staff members were friendly and willing to work with us. The place was clean and welcoming. I don’t have any complaints. The residents looked fine. There were people moving around in the activity area keeping themselves busy.

The staff was fabulous, very professional, and friendly. The place was excellent and top notch. They had different types and sizes of rooms. It felt like a newer place. They had an excellent dining room. I would highly recommend this place.

When we walked in it felt cold and very impersonal. It was a very nice clean place, but it was just so big that we knew that our mother would not be comfortable there. It is like walking into a very large elaborate motel with the extremely long hallway. It was not for somebody that has memory issues. The people were nice. They seem to be interacting alright with everybody.

My ex-husband has been here for a week. His adjustment has been great. He indicates he likes the people and "they take really good care of me". There are activities all day and everyone seems involved. So far, so good
