We were very happy to be able to place our loved one here.
The personal were fantastic. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and caring.
Venice is our Hero. He made the experience quick & easy. He made sure our loved one received all the special care he required.
Great Place.

My mother lives here. This facility has fallen into a miserable state of disrepair. For months one of the two elevators has been out of service. The big one is not working - it is an old Otis elevator. The small one is used for everything to serve the 6-story building. Due to COVID-19 distancing restrictions, only 3 people are allowed in the working elevator at one time. It will be a big problem, and burden for the Fire Department, when a major (non-fire) emergency happens requiring rapid evacuation of the top floors.
With the recent Good Samaritan Society affiliation, Sanford Health, one of the largest health systems in the United States, brags that they deliver integrated health care, genomic medicine, senior care and services, global clinics, research and affordable insurance to people in 26 states and nine countries. They have more than $5 billion in annual revenue, yet can't fix an elevator.

What a surprise to see such a facility! One can move from an apartment to skilled nursing unit, with ease. Beautiful dining rooms that resemble a nice restaurant, activities and care galore. High caliber administration and staff. Residents appear very well-taken care of, no matter their condition. Just wished my mother had been in a place like this! I told my husband, (a physician) that we should have a plan implemented to reside here when "our time comes" for this type of care.

I would recommend Manzano del Sol Village to anyone. Some residents there stopped to tell and reassure us that this was a really good place and that they were really happy there. We had a tour and lunch there. The food wasn't great but it was okay. We saw a few of the apartments and they had really nice views. It's not as modern as the others but it was nice and it was well run. It was clean and everybody was so friendly. The place was fantastic.
