I had great care. Staff was caring and helpful. PT Department was outstanding. Food is above average for snf facility. This was third snf that I stayed in after my stroke. 2 in El Paso this was the best. It does need updated a bit. If needed I would stay there again... hopefully that never happens.

My mother lived at Casa for the last two years of her life. The staff was very caring and considerate, and they really seemed to take an interest in the residents. My mother had a simple but clean and cheerful room with a view of a courtyard with trees. She loved the food and made friends with residents and some of the staff. The activities were adapted to the residents' needs and desires. Nursing home staff are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated, and yet the Casa staff was always available with a smile and a helpful word - and a hug. This is not luxury living but residents at Casa are safe, secure, cared for, and cared about at a difficult and scary time of their lives. As a family member, and one who lived far away, it was good for me to know that Mom was there.

The staff was outstanding at Casa Arena. My 85 year old mother was in the facility for 8 days to complete rehabilitation after being in a hospital ICU for over a week. All of the staff that cared for my mother were tremendous. From the RN's, to the medical assistants, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, social workers, admissions staff and the rehab staff were first rate. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Casa Arena. They really cared for my mother and I know because I stopped by every day to see how things were going. Great job all!!!!!

The staff at Casa Arena are amazing. I have a family member who I visit several times a week and am always impressed with the love and care that is shown to the residents. The facility is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Anytime I have a question or concern it has been addressed and taken care of.

Casa Arena Blanca has some of the most caring employees I have ever met. From housekeeping to management the staff is resident centered and always has the patients best interest in mind. They have a variety of menu options for variety any time of the day.

I put my dad in Casa Arena Blanca. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend it. The care was subpar. There were many negative things. If it wasn’t for me and my siblings being there to take care of my dad, there would have been barely any care at all. My dad had a stroke and was bedridden, so they didn’t do a lot for him nor get him out of bed for exercise. They didn’t move his body while he was bedridden nor get him out of bed and put him in a wheelchair to roll him around. They did nothing. The rooms were relatively small and not inviting for visitors. The showers in the bathroom area were not clean. The staff needed to be trained because they were not responsive nor did they care for my dad. The three days that he was there, the doctor did not come in to see him.
