We toured Traditions of Cross Keys. We like the setup. The rooms were spacious. We never got to go into the kitchen area, but it looked nice from the doorway. People were friendly. They had a kitchenette area but there was no furniture in the rooms. The person who took me around was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a lot in common with her, so we chatted with her for quite some time. Everything was clean, too. They have a garden center in the middle with chairs and stuff for them to sit outside.

I toured Traditions of Cross Keys. They were all very friendly, and the lady was very informative. The only reason why I wasn't going to have my dad go there is because they have roommates. I wanted him to have his own separate space. It was the assisted living that I visited, but they also had memory care there as well. The place was clean. I just saw them playing bingo, but they had music and things.

I really like the way that Traditions of Cross Keys was set up. It's a more homey feel because it's all on one floor and not so much of a nursing home-type atmosphere. It looks like they have lots of activities. Everybody was very friendly. The staff giving the tour had me talk to a few of the people who were doing maintenance, cleaning, or nurse care. They seemed very friendly, helpful, and caring towards the clients or patients. The food smelled good, but I didn't get to taste it. It looks like they have a nurse on staff. If you have any medical problems, they could take care of you until you get to the hospital.

My mom moved into Traditions of Cross Keys. It seemed to be a smooth transition, although the home is still in lockdown, so no visitors, and then my mom has the quarantine, so she's gonna be coming off of quarantine this weekend. It's been really good about going in and checking with her, and keeping her in the loop, so it's been a pretty good transition. I think what swayed my mom was it was a little bit smaller and felt like a neighborhood. It's clean and very nice. The staff has been excellent. The one girl that handled most of everything, Jennifer, she's been wonderful, and she checks on Mom every day that she's there. It's been really good. I've only met her and physical therapy, but they check in with me a couple of times too just to get a handle on Mom. Mom seems very happy when I call her, she's making a good transition, even though she hasn't been able to go out and mingle with the other people that live there. The people that are working directly with Mom are making her feel comfortable. It's very clean and kept up. She's getting good care.

During these difficult COVID-19 times, they have done a phenomenal job keeping the residents and staff safe. They continue to come up with innovative ways to keep residents entertained and connected with their families. They have exceeded my expectations! Staff members go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. If you are looking for an incredibly clean, supportive, and beautiful community, I highly recommend Traditions of Cross Keys.

During this very difficult time the health and safety of our loved ones has been a top priority at Traditions of Cross Keys. The staff have been trying to help with the isolation aspect of the virus by visiting with the residents, playing games, painting nails, dancing and providing surprise afternoon snacks, as well as taking them outside for some fresh air and sunshine. They even held a wonderful beach party in the courtyard in August where residents went out individually for some beach themed treats and entertainment. Zoom visits were very appreciated before outside family visits were allowed. The nursing staff keeps in contact with any concerns they notice. My mom’s 90th birthday was a week ago. The staff decorated the library area and my sister and I were able to have a window visit to help her celebrate. It was a good day for her. I am very thankful for the entire staff at Traditions of Cross Keys and for the care they provide to my mom and the other residents.

My parents were initially scheduled to move into Traditions of Cross Keys in April, just as the pandemic hit. Because of the ensuing lockdowns and COVID quarantine, we postponed the move until September. The Marketing Director, was amazing! She maintained contact with my parents throughout the spring and summer, and was exceptionally responsive to all my questions. Because of COVID restrictions, we could not physically tour their apartment before the move, so she and her team gave us a tour via ZOOM, so we could see each room prior to move in. On move-in day, she and the facilities manager met us outside the facility, and because we could not go inside, the two of them transported all our boxes and furniture to the room, and set it all up, including the bed, computer, and TV! They wanted to ensure that upon arrival the next day, they could take a nap or watch TV. From the moment my parents arrived on move-in day, they have been surrounded by staff members helping them with meals, medications, housekeeping, and adjustment to their new home. Apartment: Their one bedroom apartment is bright and open, with a large window in each room. There are is a heater/AC unit in each room. The kitchen area has a sink, half refrigerator, microwave, and ample cabinets. The bathroom is large, with a large walk-in in shower, sink and cabinet, mirror, call button, and toilet with arm supports. Wi-fi and TV cable is included in the room cost. Verizon can connect a telephone ( high speed internet and Fios cable) in the room, but you pay them directly. A mobile call-for-help button was given to my mother, which can be taken from room to room. The apartment is a little over 400 square feet, but it comfortably accommodates a kitchen table, sofa, reclining chair, computer table for a computer and printer, queen bed, dresser, night table, and filing cabinet. Meals: Because of Covid restrictions, the dining room is not open, so all meals are eaten in the residents' apartments. I have been amazed at the menu variety and the patience the food staff have in taking my parents' meal orders.Three meals a day and between meal snacks are provided. I have FaceTimed with my parents while they eat, and I wish I was there dining with them! The food looks great and according to my Mom and Dad, it is delicious! Medical: Traditions has a primary care physician who makes regularly scheduled visits to the facility. The first day after moving in, my parents had a telemedicine visit with him. He will manage their on-going medical issues, so they don't have to be transported to their prior primary care physician. We signed up for the medication management program, so all meds are delivered to them at prescribed times by a nurse. I am no longer worried that they will run out of their meds or take the wrong medication because the color doesn't match their last generic prescription. No longer do I have to make multiple calls to multiple physicians to get meds called into a local pharmacy - HALLELUJAH! Facilities: Residents have a private room mailbox. There is a game room, a movie room, an activities room, a separate private dining room for family parties, a large dining room (dining rooms are closed right now because of COVID precautions, but hopefully the precautions won't last forever!), a medical treatment/physical therapy room, a beauty salon, and a 24/7 front desk. they even have a piano! There has always been available parking when I have been there. There is a beautifully landscaped enclosed outdoor plaza, with a walkway that winds around the area. The resident rabbit lives in a rabbit house located in the plaza, and is favorite place for my Mom and Dad to visit. It's great exercise for them to walk around the plaza and get sunshine. There is a big barbecue in the plaza, too, which means summer and fall cookouts..once COVID is no longer a threat. The facility itself is only about 1.5 miles from the Delsea Drive and Glassboro. Staff: I can't say enough about the staff. As I have FaceTimed with my Mom, I have watched the staff interacting with my parents. Every member of the staff has been courteous, professional, friendly, patient, helpful, and eager to please! Activities: I can't comment on activities, since COVID restricts interactions and my parents have not been there very long. Prior to the COVID restrictions, they had a number of activities, which I am sure they will resume when they are able. I could not be happier that my parents are a part of the Traditions Family!

My father was a resident at Greenfield of Glassboro,NJ for less than a year.Since then the facility has been sold to a different company but it is still the same staff running the place. The care was not good! My father always complained and said “they did as little as possible”! And it was true! They made so many medical mistakes such as not making sure he took his pills,I found many pills on the floor,in his chair, etc. They lost medications and could not find them! They did not help him with his ADL’s. I could go on and on! Maybe other Greenfield facilities are run better but this one certainly wasn’t!

My mother has been a resident of Greenfield Senior Living at Cross Keys for over a year. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We are so fortunate to have a community such as this so close to our home. Thank you so much to Greenfield for the way you treat my mother and our family every time we visit.

My visit with Greenfield Senior Living at Cross Keys was very nice. It was a bit bigger than the other place I visited and very clean. The woman who runs it seemed very on top of things. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I liked Greenfield very much. Their dining area was very nice. It seemed adequately sized for the number of people.

My mom went to Greenfield Senior Living for 10 months. I don’t have anything against it, but I felt that she was getting better care at home. The room was fine. My problem was that they spent most of the time in their wheelchairs, and they were supposed to keep them walking. My mother got worse and worse with her walking because they weren’t getting her out of the wheelchair. They were not on top of things going on with the people living there. The nurses were good, and the people who ran the place seemed good. Some of the aides were good; some were not in tune with the patients. They didn’t have enough interaction. I don’t think a lot of the aides were on top of things.

My mom is in Greenfield Senior Living. We could afford it and it was clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is very nice. The atmosphere was very homey. The rooms were absolutely fine. She doesn’t remember what she’s eating from one meal to the other but she hasn’t lost any weight and she looks very well. They have a lot of entertainment areas and activities for the clients. There are some woods; there is a bridal shop next door to it. There’s a school not too far down the road and not too far away is shopping. There’s a hospital within 5 miles. They have been excellent. Mom really enjoys it there.

We visited Greenfield Senior Living at Cross Keys. They were a little bit more expensive and the rooms were a little bit nicer at the other place, but it was definitely my second choice.
