Juniper Village at Williamstown was a little bit bigger than the other facility we went to, but it's still a small community. There's one hallway that goes around the building and the rooms are on either side. Some of the rooms would have nice windows that would look to the outside. There's a salon and several areas where people could congregate. The memory care unit had less of that, but the assisted living side had those several areas where they could sit and watch TV or congregate. It was laid out beautifully. Everything appeared to be fresh and new. They had rooms for couples or you could get one where there's a little patio outside. The staff was very friendly and very outgoing. I saw them assisting people who might need help in walking and things like that. They were great.

My friend will be moving into Juniper Village at Williamstown. It's a very beautiful place, it's very nice, and the people were also very nice and friendly. The actual living suites themselves were very accommodating for somebody that has limited mobility, such as the showers and all that. It was over and above other places that we've toured. The staff members were great in explaining everything, the administrator there explained everything. The only negative I can see is that the prices were extremely high, but I guess that's what you can expect. They have a lot of nice activities for the people. The suites themselves are a little small.

I went to Juniper Village at Williamstown. I actually made a deposit. I was actually going to move my mom there, but we can't fit the numbers. They had a room they were getting ready for, and I wanted to put a deposit on it. It was very nice, and they gave me a nice tour of the facility. I was able to see the seniors in an activity room. They were baking cupcakes and they were sitting in the recreation room. It was really nice. The supervisor and one of the representatives was very, very informative, and told me a lot about the facility. I was able to see the rooms, but it just didn't work out financially for my mother. It's a little bit cheaper in South Carolina with her pension. So, yes, I was really pleased with Juniper, and it was affordable.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law moved into Juniper Village at Williamstown. It seems the staff is caring and dedicated, but sometimes the response time getting back to my wife and I is not prompt. The rooms are nice. It was just one big open area with a bedroom in one section. There was a small living area in another section. I've only seen the dining area twice because of the Covid regulations. We've only been in there a couple of times, but we did have lunch there one day. It seemed adequate. They have physical therapy right in their room. The place seems friendly and clean. The only downside that we found is that we don't always get quick response times with phone calls or questions. With Covid, my wife has tried a number of times to reach them at the room to talk. It hasn't always been fruitful.

We didn't get to view the whole place at Juniper Village at Williamstown. When I saw a private room, I was completely happy, and I was basically sold on that. The staff was amazing, and she had been working with us, too. We were happy except for the money! It was pricey. They had a point system, which we were not happy with. I was happy with the neighborhood, and they had a cable TV, which was not something we had to get separately, but it was the money part that we were not happy about. They have a beautiful library, they have crafts, they get them out of their rooms, and they check them every hour or two hours. I love that my mother-in-law would have her own little place that had a microwave and a little refrigerator. There was also a sitting room and a large bathroom, which was great.

Our Mother is a resident at Juniper Village, Williamstown. She is afforded the best care and love we could ask for. The staff, nursing, cleaning, food, care givers, administrative, maintenance all are top notch. They show by their actions that they have our loved ones comfort and happiness as a main objective in their daily routine. The building as a whole is well maintained. Each room is kept clean and well taken care of. Each resident is cared for with the utmost respect. My wife and I have interfaced with several of the staff and administrators and are well pleased with their response to our questions and the way they act to maintain our loved ones dignity. There are so many activities which we have witnessed and participated in. From painting to cooking to games and excursions off property. We cannot say enough about how satisfied and happy we are with the choice we made by choosing Juniper Village, Williamstown as our loved ones home.

Mother moved to Juniper Village following a stroke over four years ago. Her sunny courtyard room allowed her to continue tending to a flower garden and feeding the birds. She was even able to bring her cat! There was always something to do and outings to enjoy. As her cognitive and physical functions declined, the compassionate staff cared for her as if she was family, and partnered with me to make decisions to ensure her quality of life. I was pleased with all aspects of her care and could not image trusting another facility with the care of my loved one.

Juniper Village is a well run assisted living facility where my mother-in-law resided for 6 years. The staff is professional and always there to meet the needs of the residents and families. The facility is well kept, clean and residents offered many activities.

The rooms are nice, clean and bright. Large windows to pleasant outside views of gardens or woods. Comfortable and cozy. The staff is excellent. So accessible, helpful, thoughtful and generous with their time. You can always find your answers with a simple phone call or stopping into the facility. Every person I've spoken to about mom and her needs has been addressed quickly and efficiently. My mother enjoys the music, the sing alongs her favorite, playing some games and cooking, making flower arrangements, chatting with the other residents and staff, having meals and socializing with everyone in the large and warm dining room. Always fresh flowers on tables and fruit and coffee and tea and cookies available throughout the day. It's the team work that works for Juniper, and I've seen it from administrators, nurses, aides, kitchen, maintenance and volunteers and everyone involved. The safety of the residents and their health needs are of utmost importance. I hope it continues to be one of the best in this area.

My mom is a resident at Juniper Village. It is a smaller, more intimate facility situated in a circle. This works perfectly for my mom when she gets confused which direction she is going. She always comes around to the common areas where there are people to help. Her daily needs are adequately met, meds administered properly, meals and snacks are ample, housekeeping and laundry are included. There are many activities throughout the day, a lot of bingo which the residents love, a lot of music, which seeing the residents sing is a beautiful thing to see. I have a peace of mind and know my mom is safe and happy.

Juniper Village at Williamstown provides a quality of care for their residents. My experience with the staff is great! They are consistent with a committed and an experienced staff that add value to the lives of the residents. The residents are treated with respect. I have accompanied my Aunt with the staff during field trips and other holiday festivities and I'm very happy with the attention and the family-like atmosphere that they share. Juniper is an asset ti the community. I'm always looking forward to receiving their monthly calendar and publications as it is filled with activities that enhance the lives of the residents and the visitors. Thank you for giving your best, Juniper Village at Williamstown!

My brother has been a resident of Juniper Village for the past 2 years; he frequently reminds me that he is so pleased that we chose Juniper Village for his assisted living. Juniper living is a friendly and caring environment. Any questions that I have with regard to my brother's care or needs has been addressed in an expedient manner. I am especially impressed with the highly professional medical staff. Their quality of care and attention to detail is amazing. Mary

My mom was at juniper for 4 years and was well taken care of by friendly professional staff. When she passed she was supplied with hospice and did not suffer. The faculty is nice and clean and the patients take part in a lot of fun activities. Highly recommended

Juniper Village was recommended to me by a friend. I was amazed at the down home feel of the place and of the people that work there. My mom is well cared for and is kept very busy throughout the day. She even goes to Mass there every week. I am very glad to have found them.

After checking several other facilities, my mother has resided in Juniper Village Williamstown for 6 1/2 years b/c she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. For the first 5 years, while she could still communicate, she was in the assisted living facility with a live in aide, I paid extra for. As she continued to decline, I moved her to the memory care building & she has round the clock attention. One reason I chose Juniper is b/c it's the only facility in NJ sanctioned by the Alzheimer's Association. I have never regretted trusting the staff of Juniper Village. It's never easy making the decision to move a loved one to a facility & it's not easy choosing a facility to care for the loved one, but Juniper Village Williamstown provides the family with peace of mind. They respond to every inquiry & they've proven themselves as genuine guardians & have earned my trust & faith. I never doubt the care my mother receives or worry. Juniper Village has provided relief to me so I've been able to focus my attention & care for a sick spouse at home without concerns for my mother's care. I highly recommend Juniper Village Williamstown.

We took a tour at Juniper Village, which only had about 45 residents. The tour guide worked there for almost 20 years, and she was very knowledgeable. It appeared that the aide attended to just about everything for each individual. It was a smaller community. We saw some activities going on. They were getting ready for arts & crafts. They used the same room for their mass for their arts & crafts. They had a Catholic community, which was important to my mom.

My mother has just recently became part of the Juniper family. Having worked in this industry, and being a nurse, I knew exactly what to look for and what questions to ask ( and what the answers should be!). The management and staff were extremely knowledgeable and genuine and choosing Williamstown was the best decision we ever made!!! She is safe and sound and happy!

My mother is in Juniper Village at Williamstown, and they're very good. The rooms are fine. The staff all seem to be doing their job well. The cleanliness is phenomenal. It is immaculate. It is spotless. They're interacting with anybody who walks past. They greet the person and talk to them. I have no complaints. I absolutely recommend them. I definitely give them a 5 especially for the price. It looks like a nice hotel, bright, and airy looking. They have inside courtyards and some of the rooms have little patios to sit on.

We find Juniper Village-Williamstown to be very amenable for what we need for our mother. The staff who assisted us was outstanding. The director of admissions and the dementia patients’ service people are great. They are very good. The rooms were very nice. I love the facility; it was fantastic, compared to other facilities we’ve seen. I would recommend this facility.

We chose Juniper Village for my mom. We chose it because it's small and in a location that she was used to living in as well as close to the members of the family. So far, everything has been good. I don’t take issue with anything.

We are kind of looking for a place that is close to us, and Juniper Village is kind of in the middle. The staff is very nice people. The place is nice and clean. They are really good with the people, and I will definitely recommend it to anybody. My mother is in a shared room, and it is pretty good. She has a twin bed and another part of it that can sit either another twin or full size bed in it. It has a little kitchenette and a huge bathroom. My sister and I eat lunch there, and the food is good. The people serving the food are very helpful and nice. The dining area is a nice little area where they have a couple of chairs and tables. It is very nice and clean. They tell us a lot of activities, but I don't think she gets into anything. They have arts & crafts and church services. They have an area where they can actually therapy on them. They have an outside area around the whole building where they can actually go outside and sit. They have everything there that you can actually imagine.

Juniper Village is very nice and very homey. You can decorate the rooms however you want it. My brother was in a service so he has all of his marine paraphernalia around the room. The place is very clean, and they take good care of their people. They have a lot of activities going on. My brother had a stroke recently, so this is all new to him. But he has no complaints and he's very content there.

From the moment I drove past Juniper Village I knew I had to pull in and see it for myself. It is a beautiful building and gorgeously landscaped, but it still felt like I was pulling up to a home, not a facility. There is something about the hanging flower baskets and wooden rocking chairs on the porch that make you feel welcome, in fact invited. After I greeted the smiling faces around me, reading papers and working on needle points I stepped inside. It was not at all anything less than I had imagined, which is rather hard to find these days. The walls were covered in an elegant yet warm colored wall paper, with sconces and pictures lighting the halls. The carpet wasn't linoleum, it was carpet in a facility. I was immediately rushed with staff who all dotted smiling faces and outreaching hands asking if there was anything, anything at all they could help me with. I had literally walked in off the streets and they were acting as if I were some long lost cousin they had finally been reunited with. For me, the magnificent facility says a lot but it certainly doesn't say it all. For me it was those faces, those faces of happiness and contempt rocking on the chairs on the porch that I will never forget.
