Best Care Ever
My mom was here for rehab. The staff couldn’t do more for my mom and answer questions for our family. Therapy was wonderful. My mom went home with great improvements and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for my mom’s wonderful care!!

The Villa at Florham Park was extremely nice, clean, odorless, and looked like a hotel. The staff was very nice. The rooms were adequate and very nice. I liked that it was Catholic and had mass every day.

As a relative of a resident, I can’t recommend this facility. They appear to be very short staffed in terms of aides. The help button goes unanswered and family members have to go looking for help. The head of nursing has changed twice in a year, as well as many other functions. Quality seems to be continually declining with high turn over and large price increases.

My father is in The Villa at Florham. The staff who were working seemed to be happy working there, but they seemed to be a little bit desensitized. There's a chapel downstairs, and they have mass every day. He's in the memory care ward, and they don't have many activities, but they have a lot of activities in the assisted living facility.
