The Chelsea at Bridgewater was very nice. It was very clean. They just remodeled it. The person that showed me around was awesome. I like that facility. Barbara was our host. She was awesome, very knowledgeable, and very in tune with the patients or members of the community. There were a lot of activities for the members. They have a backup generator, which I thought was unique and different.

The tour at The Chelsea at Bridgewater was fine, but we were not impressed at all with the facility. The staff was fine and very welcoming. They have studios and one-bedroom apartments, but the whole place was under construction.

The Chelsea at Bridgewater is beautiful. The staff is excellent, and everything is really good. The place is very nice. I have my own little apartment and that's like a hotel room with a kitchenette and big bathroom. The dining area is like you're going into really fancy dining, and they have assigned seating. They give you a menu to order off of so it's very nice.

The Chelsea fit my mom’s needs, and it was close in proximity in addition to where she lived. They were extremely helpful, cooperative, and continued to be so. In any concerns that they have, they immediately contact us no matter what time or day to keep us updated as to her safety and welfare. Her room is fine and the rest of the place is clean, very attractively decorated, spacious, open, and airy. They seemed to be active with the residents all day long and a variety of things during the course of the week. They do have little trips on buses to shopping, plays, or some other activity outside of the building, recreation, exercise, music, and the usual arts and crafts type of thing, they had a wide variety of activities both inside and outside the community. Mom is as happy as she could be and though she’d rather be in her own home, it was as easy as possible for us to make a choice.

The facility was very clean and the staff were friendly and accomadating to all of the patients needs. I felt welcome as a visitor helping the staff each and every time I walked in. I believe that they provided ample amenities to suit their residents needs. I would most definitely in the future allow my friends and or family to use this facility when the time was right. I did think that the assisted living was a touch over crowded and there may not have been enough staff at least in the recreation department to handle the sheer number of residents, but that is only in my humble opinion. Overall, every time I have visited The Chelsea at Bridgewater, it has been a pleasant experience and I would reccomend the facility to anyone who asked.
