The Landing of Washington Square is a great place. It's beautiful. They have five different things going on every day and mom likes them. Yesterday they had a pickle-tasting. They also do chair Zumba every day, happy hour, and trips. It's a really top-of-the-line place. The food is OK. They offer choices for you. They'll take them to the doctors within ten miles and they allow pets. Everyone's very friendly.

We chose The Landing of Washington Square for my mother because it's in her neighborhood, and it offered all of the services that she needed. It's a brand-new place. It's not completely staffed yet, but I've dealt with the front desk people and the two managers. There are nurses on duty every day. I dealt with every one of them and they're awesome. All of them are great. My mother has an apartment. She has a full-sized bathroom, a full-sized bedroom, a kitchen-family room sort of combination, and both are nice sized. It's a full kitchen except for a stove. I haven't had the food in a while, but my mother says she loves it. She said it's great. The Landing of Washington Square is very expensive, but all the services are there.
