air mattress

My sister is in the facility in Mercerville, NJ for wound care. They have moved my sister to 3 rooms during her 2 week stay and is sleeping on an air mattress. When I called the facility to question why she could not get a real hospital bed, the very rude woman at the end of the phone told me an air is a bed. I asked if the head of the bed could be raised and lowered and she had no good answer for me. This is absolutely horrific in my book.
Facility is also very old, worn, dirty, and smells.
