My mother has been here since August 2017. The first 2 days the entire staff was so attentive. I thought the admissions director was my new best friend! HA! Well that stopped by the 4th day. Mom is physically handicapped but totally cognitive. Many weekends most of the CNA's don't come in, resulting in extremely poor care for the residents. The morning CNA assigned to my mother grumbles and complains and makes her feel like she is disliked and a burden. This CNA is ok with the washing and dressing but it's annoying to her that she has to use the hayer to move mom to her wheel chair and be brought to the dining room. And that's it. She does not provide any other care for the rest of her shift. All these places want to do is take your money - all of it! I'm currently looking for a better place. Do they event exist? I really should give this place 1 star. Getting old is not for sissies.

my poor Mother went to this place after had hip surgery (she was suppossed to be there for rehab, what a joke that was ) it was only one of 2 places who accepted her medical insurance, I went everyday and still she was not cared for properly, broke my heart, she passed away after a year and a half in that place, haunts me every day :-( they all suk but this one really suks bad!
