This place is always dirty. Infested with roaches and mice, smelly, cold/stale food. It needs to be shut down! Staff is unprofessional and do not care about residents.

My mom was in Rose Mountain during January 2022 after a knee replacement surgery. The doctor that admitted her DID NOT read the discharged papers from the hospital. Mom was supposed to be in antibiotics for 6 weeks (clearly stated on page 13 of the discharged papers) but the admitting doctor only ordered them for 5 days!
My guess is that a discharged package of about 15 pages was too much for the doctor to read and he made an unauthorized decision that could’ve cost my mom her life. Mom ended up in the hospital for two weeks with a very bad infection on her replaced knee. She is fine now, but the doctor’s actions should not go unnoticed. His name is Dr. Raza.
Finally, Rose Mountain’s facility is very old and due to the smell in the hallways you can tell the cleaning staff is not doing a very good job.
It’s very disappointing because the nurses are actually extremely good and always took care of mom with love and affection.

This place is AMAZING! My mother has been here for 2 years and all of the staff here have been so kind and caring to her. Everyone here go's out of their way to make my mother feel comfortable. The workers here make it known to all how they deeply care about their residents. I love seeing my mother do the activities with her new friends. Every time my mother gets a haircut she raves to me how gorgeous the beauty parlor there is. Overall, for all those looking for a place for their parents, grandparents or even friends I highly recommend Rose Mountain!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE CENTER , I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THE AIDES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. THEY USE TOWELS TO CLEAN AFTER THE BATHROOM, THEN THEY USE THE SAME TOWELS TO CLEAN THE PATIENT,S FACE, AND BODY. THEN WITHOUT WASHING HANDS THEY FEED PATIENTS. THE AIDES NEVER HELP THE PATIENTS UNLESS YOU ASK THEM TEN TIMES, AND THEY GIVE VERY BAD ATTITUDES.
THE PLACE IS NEVER CLEAN, FLOOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS WAS NOT SWEPT.
FOOD IS ALWAYS OLD, NOT ENOUGH FOR AN ADULT, IF YOU ASK FOR ANY EXTRA, YOU NEVER GET IT. SAME FOOD EVERYDAY,
NURSES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE NAME OF MEDICINES, OR WHY ITS USED FOR. THEY NEVER GIVE MEDICATION ON TIME.
ADMINISTRATION PEOPLE DO NOT CONTROL THE EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES USE BAD LANGUAGE .
IT'S A TERRIBLE PLACE.

Rose Mountain Care Center is a very old facility, not maintained, and not clean. I would not place my mother there. They need to improve their cleanliness. Even if the facility is old, they can still maintain the facility by making sure it is clean. The staff were friendly and nice. The way the rooms were laid out was very disappointing. There were two people in a room and no divider between them, no curtain or anything. They had to share a bathroom with another bedroom of two people. So, four people share one bathroom. There was no shower in the room’s bathroom; they had to go down the hall to be able to shower. That was very disappointing as well.

We recently toured the facility and found this 5 star nursing home to be clean and caring. The administrator met us and took us throughout the building where we spoke to a few residents and staff. One of the activities staff said "we have a good time here" and all the residents I spoke to supported her. Everyone seemed to be busy with exercising, bingo, black jack, mah jong, religious services, arts and crafts or just chatting with their friends and family. The nurses were always present helping the residents and they seemed to be very polite and respectful. This facility has a special Chinese unit where they prepare and serve Chinese meals from their own menu, have Chinese-language television and weekly visits from Chinese volunteers who provide a lively exercise program. All in all it was a wonderful visit and I'm anxious to have our family member admitted asap.
