I had a family member here and it was a horrible experience for him. The place is dirty, the commode they gave him to use had feces on it. This place is not suitable for people and should be closed down.

I had to express my appreciation to all the staff members for helping a group of Laurel Bay's residents enjoying the fireworks celebration. It was nice and lots of fun to see the fireworks. The colors were beautiful, it was nice to be part of the viewers of this Fourth of July Celebration.

All the departments are great here! I enjoy writing cards to my relatives and participating in activities. During the holidays I enjoy writing and passing out cards to the residents and staff.

I chose to come to Laurel Bay because I find comfort here. All departments including nursing, recreation, dietary, and housekeeping all do a great job. I enjoy eating the food served at Laurel Bay. I enjoy pet therapy, listening to music, special events, and socializing with my friends.

I cannot express how grateful I have been while staying with you. Everyone was more than helpful with all my needs. The staff and the patients were friendly and professional. Thank you for all you have done,
