My mom came to this facility in June of 2017. I could not be any happier with this facility. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very kind and it is a very cheerful facility. The residents are all happy and seem to enjoy this facility. The rooms are quite spacious, bright and cheerful. I am beyond happy for my mom, but most importantly my mom loves It here.

My mom is in Victoria Commons. Everything seems to be very good. They have a chapel, a crafts room, music area, and a good food menu. They have bus trips that you can sign up and go on for shopping. The other day, they went down to Cape May and Longwood Gardens. The rooms are very nice and clean.

Victoria Commons is fine. I think the décor is very dated, but one of the women there told me that it is going to be redone, which would be good. It is an assisted living place. There are a lot of people in wheelchair sitting around waiting for lunch. The staff is friendly, open and encouraging. The apartments are extremely small. Other than that, they are fine. It is just entirely too small for my aunt. The dining area is very pleasant. The grounds are lovely and well-kept. It is very nice and inviting.

It got harder and harder for my grandfather to take care of my ailing grandmother on his own so we had to move them both to this facility so she could get the help he needed without being burdensome to him. The staff has been absolutely wonderful to them. They are great at getting my grandmother to her appointment,s which gives my grandfather time to go out and do the things he enjoys while knowing she is being expertly taken care of. They also have many activities for them to do at the facility for those who cannot go on the planned outings that they have on a weekly basis. They both enjoy the meals at the facility and said it feels like they get to eat out every night. What is most comforting to them is that their "apartment," as they call it, is very homey as they were allowed to furnish it with all of their own furniture from the home they shared for 50 years. Overall, they are both doing much better and seem very happy at their new home.
