Interim HeathCare provides the most professional and compassionate care, making a very difficult time much more tolerable. Their staff, including administration, aides and nursing, create a team approach whose purpose is to help a family successful recover at home. Their responsiveness is immediate, providing invaluable insight and guidance which is a priceless gift when dealing with an ill loved one.

It was a hard time for all of us when we confronted the need to secure in home care for our Mom. From the very first phone call with Jeff to the subsequent brainstorming calls with Elise and Fran about how to best meet Mom’s changing needs, we feel completely supported by the folks at Interim Health Care. They understand the importance of honoring our Mom’s desire to feel a sense of control and independence even as they provide full-time in-home vigilance and care for her. We have never felt like a “client” or part of a “business arrangement”. Instead, the staff at Interim Health Care brings genuine compassion and a patient willingness to meet our Mom where she is and to serve her ever -changing needs – often complicated by growing dementia. We are pleased to recommend Interim Health Care as a great resource to any family who wants a caring, knowledgeable, responsive partner in caring for aging parents or loved ones.

Our mother is a special lady and, as such, when she needed a home health aide a few years ago we wanted a special company to provide one. We interviewed a few providers that are in this field. Only one stood out........Interim Health Care of Ridgewood, NJ. Their professionalism and compassion was outstanding.
We were so pleased with the aides they provided during that time that when our mother required a daily aide last year, we again turned to Interim. They have not disappointed.
Everyone from the owners to the office staff to the aides have exhibited a caring and understanding attitude towards our mother and us, her children. Our mother thoroughly enjoys the aides which is very comforting to us.
We wholeheartedly give our strongest recommendation to Interim Health Care of Ridgewood, NJ for anyone needing a professional and compassionate aide for themselves or for their loved one.

Interim Healthcare was a pleasure to work with. They found a aid for us right away. We only needed the aid to do a few things so as such she was finished before her minimum time and she seemed disappointed that we did not have more work for her. She kept wanting to work for the complete minimum billing time even though we were very happy to just have her do what we needed and leave early. When our regular aid was forced to cancel due to a injury Interim found a replacement right away.
Elise was a pleasure to work with. Always very responsive to our needs.
