About This Community
The Cliffs at Eagle Rock is dedicated to providing a beautiful, attentive, and secure living environment for senior citizens. We respect individual dignity and privacy, so we strive to assist our residents to live as independently and comfortably as possible. We work constantly toward creating a friendly, values-oriented community where residents’ minds are stimulated, bodies are strengthened, friendships are formed, and spirits are nurtured. At the same time, we are totally committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and health-conscious home for our residents, including those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory-related dementia. Although we were founded as a Baptist institution and remain affiliated with area churches, we welcome residents of all faiths. We are a non-profit organization, so our complete attention is directed toward the happiness, safety, and care of the wonderful people who make The Cliffs at Eagle Rock their home.

The Administrative Staff, Nurses, Aides, and Activities Directors are wonderful. The staff always tried to address any concerns we had.
My mother and I also loved the spacious grounds outside (including two courtyards and two gazebos.) Within the large main room on the first floor are a few small sitting areas for visitors (which was cozier and more personable than the other assisted living facilities that we toured.) There is also a piano, a library area, a separate media room (it was very nice not having a big TV in the main area.)
We chose a two-bedroom for my mother (she is on a fixed income) and it was fine. She had her own bedroom and a foyer; it looked over the courtyard and it was always kept clean by the cleaning staff.
Activities my mother enjoyed: the different performers (singers and musicians) who came a few times a week; the arts and crafts she was able to do; BINGO (which she disdained until moving to Assisted Living); dining in the courtyard; doing physical therapy (the exercise room has floor to ceiling windows facing outdoors) and having her hair done in the very social salon. My family really enjoyed the holiday events, especially Christmas.

My mom is in The Cliffs At Eagle Rock. I'm very pleased with the accommodations, with the service, and with the care she is getting. I'm very happy with it. The staff has been there a long time. Everyone I've met has been there over ten years. They're very caring and very professional. I'm just extremely pleased with the overall experience. She's in a studio apartment. There is a very small kitchen with a sink, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a nice living area for her bed, a dresser, and a little loveseat. She's very comfortable there.

My Mother was resident at the Cliffs for over 10 years. The care she received was remarkable. The staff and administrators are dedicated and compassionate. The Cliffs provides many activities for the residents to partake in if they so choose. The meals are excellent and the atmosphere in the dining room makes you feel like you are in a restaurant.. There is a warm and cozy feeling throughout the facility. I highly recommend the Cliffs at Eagle Rock.

My mother is currently living at The Cliffs. The place is fabulous, they are very attentive to my mother, and willing to make adjustments to her needs. My first impression is that it was lower key, the colors were more muted, and it was a little smaller also. The food was great, and I have no complaints about the place.

This is a beautiful, homey facility. The staff is caring and attentive and works hard to keep residents happy and as involved with life as they want to be. The They are very open to suggestions and have events for residents and their families. The food is great!

My mother spent her last year and a half living in The Haven (the dementia care unit) at The Cliffs at Eagle Rock. The staff provided loving and attentive care in every way possible. The facilities are extremely clean and very attractive. The nursing care is professional and personal. We could not have asked for a better home for our mother and we feel very fortunate to have found The Cliffs at Eagle Rock.

The Cliff is an exceptionally clean and well appointed assisted living community. It is a family run community and you get that type of service and care. Our Mom described her time there as " Living in a fancy hotel'

I visited many facilities, but this one just warmed my heart! I found everything about it to be very acceptable. The facility itself is beautiful. It has on overall sense of caring and warmth about it. The staff members are absolutely wonderful. All the residents seem so happy and entertained at all times. The Cliffs At Eagle Rock is definitely a great choice.

They provide good care. Staff is friendly. They have lovely grounds and beautiful chapel.

My Grandmother loves living at The Cliffs. The staff is very friendly, and she was able to adjust rather quickly. She is able to keep social with people in her age group, something she hasn't been able to do for the past few years or so. All of the dinning is held to a high quality, and the communal meals are, as she puts it, fun. I am very happy my grandmother is receiving great care and is happy.
