Please I mean please do your research before bring your Love one here. I'm here for rehabilitation let me tell you I had too great therapist the rest of the staff are not pleasant this place is a hole in the wall. I've have been here for 3 weeks to long. The staff is nasty the place is not clean the rooms look so dark.
take your love one's some where else.

The rooms are clean when in a private room and asking the staff to clean up, if not they are quite lazy. Everything is a facade there, if you could avoid going there or sending someone there, please do so. If they could avoid bathing, brushing teeth (of patients), changing their diapers they'll avoid it. I just wish I would have known this earlier. They will give a relative and or family member a tray of food to feed the patient if someone is there.

They make you feel like your family. Y ou dont mind leaving there. The place is clean the food is great. When you call they talk to you with compassion and caring. Everyone is in such a great mood. There is always something to do so you are not bored. Even the rooms are like home. I would surely recommend them to others. The best it is and truly a COMPLETE Care.

I would have wanted to know that things that turn up missing or that their staff breaks is not replaced and that I could not trust the promises of the owner or Administrator. their staff broke my I phone and I pad and replaced neither. My surround sound is missing and so is a very nice brand new Ninja blender. talk to several residents to get real feedback but doubt they will let you. they work very hard to cover their tracks. truly shameful

Complete care at Summit Ridge is A true gem nestled in the Hills was Essex County NJ. I was presently impressed with the Staff across the board, their professionalism and extra effort to make each and every person feel special.
The renovations are truly remarkable and will change the landscape going further.
Summit Ridge is most definitely a facility to tour fr all your rehabilitation and long term needs.

I visited this facility and i loved everything about it. Staff were so friendly and kind. Everyone was welcoming to me. I ate lunch with my loved one, everything was delicious. The therapy staff was great. My loved one was up and walking very shortly after arriving at the facility. They have a beautiful patio were residents and families can sit outside. Rooms are clean and smell great. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!

Genesis Healthcare (Summit Ridge Healthcare) is the worst; it’s horrible and it smelled. I didn’t see that people were happy and there wasn’t any dedicated staff. It wasn’t welcoming at all. The dining area was kind of crowded, not like a homey-type area but more institutional.
