their is no communication with family members regarding care or otherwise. Their known to loose the patient’s belongings. PT is overrated.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place shouldn’t even be in existence. The amount of disrespect my father is shown on a daily basis is horrific. Given the amount of money my mother spends for my father to be in this home is laughable. The level of care is beyond subpar and they have no idea how to treat patients with respect. Seriously avoid this place at all cost. Whoever runs this facility should be ashamed of themselves.

Complete Care at Woodlands was okay, and it was clean. It was a little dark, though. The administrative staff and the nursing staff were very friendly. The rooms were okay. Nothing spectacular. My father was getting rehab. He thought the therapy was good. The food was okay. He did complain once about how they prepared the peanut butter sandwich for him. The building is not dark. There are a lot of trees, so there's not a lot of sunlight, so that makes it not as bright as it could be. But it's clean and well-maintained. It's a little outdated though. They have a walking area right outside the facility. It is like a little patio-type area where you could sit if you wanted to.

The Woodlands seemed like a good place based on my tour and a recommendation from my father's doctor, however our experience of it was very negative. I deeply regret that my father spent two of the last weeks of his life here. He hated it. The nurses were so rude, even to me when I visited him. We met with the Head of Social Services (which is their policy and not due to our request) and she was unbelievably unprofessional and unhelpful. The rest of the staff was fine. Thankfully, my father did not pass away there however he did leave with a bad bed sore as well as sepsis after only two weeks.

The Woodlands had the highest cost of the locations we've visited at $13,000 a month. They showed me around a little, and it looked OK. I didn't have any problem with it, but the cost was extravagant. I went to see one of my neighbors who was there, and I noticed that the rooms were very small. I was able to see an area where patients were in wheelchairs around a nurse's location, and one nurse was overseeing 20 patients that were surrounding her at that time. They gave me a packet of information and based on that, I made the decision that at $13,000, I didn't want to go bankrupt that quickly.

I think the Woodlands was great! Customer service was their priority. The food was delicious. My wife felt they met all all needs especially for the discharge home. I would recommend!

My father has been at The Woodlands for over a year now. It's a small facility, but it's clean. They offer very good service, especially the daytime nursing staff. They're excellent. However, the night time staff is less to be desired. My father has a spacious single room. He is not crazy about the food, but it's mandated by state control, and it's not a huge menu selection.

It seemed to be bright and cheerful. There were some problems with things going missing (clothes mainly) but overall it seemed to be a positive place with helpful staff.
