I've toured Brightview Randolph. The staff was wonderful and the facility was beautiful, they have activities. The layout was nice, it's easy and walkable, and it's a very nice facility. The rooms I saw were nice, they have beautiful 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. They also have semi-private rooms. The only drawback is the cost.

It was an easy decision after taking the tour given by a top qualified guide. We felt we were walking thru a 5 star hotel. Activities galore! Movie Theatre, music, Sunday concerts, Happy Hour, Hair Salon and more. Spotlessly clean. Meals were great and made to please .Gave the feeling you were dining with family. You always felt the sincereness from the staff, this was not a job, this was genuine caring. The time my sister-in-law spent here was wonderful and I will be forever grateful to each and everyone. From my heart to yours. Elizabeth Kafaf

We have looked at Brightview Randolph a few times already, and we are very happy with it. It's a lovely facility. You walk in there and you get a sense of happiness. The staff is amazing, and although I don't even know them yet, I see them moving around the facility, and I was just hoping that I would be able to get my husband in there. The menu was very nice, too, and they apparently have some good chefs. They have an exclusive "mind and music" program, which is kind of nice, and they had a show outside on the patio when we were there; they had music while the residents were sitting out there. It was just lovely. They were very nice and very welcoming. I knew that I wanted him to be there the minute I walked through that door because it had so much energy. The condition of the place was spotless, and they had lots of activities listed in their calendar downstairs.

Brightview Randolph has independent, assisted, and memory care. It's a very nice building with very nice rooms, and a great community room with a bar and pool tables. Their independent is in one building and their assisted is in another building, but the common areas are in the middle and it's mixed except for dinner. For the meals, the assisted living residents eats with assisted living, and independent eats with independent. The food was pretty good. It had a greater percentage of men than any place.

Brightview was very welcoming. There were a lot of activities going on. The residents were more in keeping with what my parents would gravitate to in a community, and the proximity to Morris Plains which is where they are from. The staff is phenomenal, wonderful, and very engaged. We really like the décor. The dining room is lovely. They have a very nice selection, and my parents have been very satisfied with their meals.

Brightview Randolph’s grounds were very lovely, and it was very easy to get to. The inside was very attractive and made you feel like you were in a country club more than a facility. In the dining room, you ordered from a menu whatever you wanted which was nice, and the rooms were very nice. They were larger than the ones. It’s newer. They had a monthly schedule of everything that was going on, they had movies in a small theater, and they try to stay with the type of things that they felt clients would like. They had an exercise room and a crest area; they had dance music one night. It was a very active community.
