My mother is a current resident at this facility, in the memory care unit. We looked into multiple facilities before committing to Arbor Terrace Roseland. Ultimately, it was the combination of the price, atmosphere, location, and amenities that helped us choose Arbor Terrace Roseland. The building is gorgeous and very clean. It does not have a medical feel or a psych ward feel that a lot of memory units have. The staff all seems to be tremendously caring, and everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. My mom seems to attend a good amount of activities. Every month, a calendar is sent to the families so we know what is planned. We have access to an app that lets us see which activities my mom attended. It gives myself and the rest of my family comfort knowing that she's staying busy and being provided a good amount of stimulation throughout the day. I have a good communication with the staff through email where they will let me know of any care items that my mom needs. Ever since my mom moved in to Arbor Terrace Roseland, it has been so much less stressful on my family trying to manage everything ourselves. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for amazing care in a beautiful facility for their loved one that can give them the peace of mind they need.

I went to Arbor Terrace Roseland and checked their memory care. It was very nice, it was open and airy. It had a pleasant atmosphere and they happened to have an entertainer there today during my visit. Right now, they're full but I could put my name on the list if I wish and put a deposit down to be next on the list for when something opens up. I don't want to do that just yet because I want to see a couple of other places too.
They were very nice, very pleasant, and very accommodating. I spoke with Ingrid during my tour. She took me around the facility. She showed me the individual room that was empty at the moment, and then she showed me the dining room, which also doubles as an entertainment room. They also have another dining room. It was very open, pleasant, and painted in yellow and white so it's easy on the eyes.

It was a very nice and new facility. We were looking in terms of Alzheimer's, and from what I saw, they can handle early Alzheimer's, but I am not sure if they can handle later stages. At the moment, I do not really remember much about the details of the rooms. They were standard. The staff seemed perfectly good.
