My mom is now at Waterside Villas. It is very difficult to rate it because she is pretty much under quarantined since she moved in. The building is under quarantine with the COVID virus. But the staff is very good and very helpful and the place is lovely. I'm looking forward to it when this is over and my mom can be involved with activities. She has a 1-bedroom with a den. They have a variety of rooms.

Waterside Villas was nice but cost a little bit more than I can afford because my wife and I are on a fixed income. We were looking for a two-bed, two-bath unit, but that was about $1,600-$1,700 a month, and we needed $1,500. The rooms were nice and the surroundings seemed pretty quiet. I liked that they had their own shuttle; I didn't need it, but at least they have it because it's pretty convenient. You'd have to pay for light, sewer, water, and trash. It was a really nice place. If I could afford it, I would have gone. The people welcome you with open arms. They didn't show any type of partiality. They give you a continental breakfast there in the morning, but I didn't eat anything. They had a workout place for exercise, and I liked that.

I've been living in Waterside Villas for two and a half years. I'm in the process of leaving it. The facilities are not as maintained as well as when I first moved here. I liked the size and the view that I got from my apartment. The residents are friendly but what's unacceptable is the maintenance of the place. They need to improve on their cleanliness. The staff working here leaves quite a bit to be desired.

I had a very nice experience when I visited Waterside Villas. The staff was excellent. They treated me very well and gave me all the information that I needed. The lay out and the apartment that they showed me were very nice. They have all kinds of activities and everything you could possibly needed.

My parents are moving into Waterside Villas next month. It's an independent living facility with additional services that you can pay for to help your loved ones manage. They also provide all types of transportation services and housekeeping. The staff has been absolutely fantastic. The rooms are nice, too. They have a variety of activities every day that you can sign up for. I'm very impressed with the place.
