What a great experience we had at F.M. I can't believe the reviews I saw on here, I experienced none of this. Great place, friendly and clean. Highly recommended.

This facility should be shut down. The care is horrendeous. I went here for PT and OT after having an infection and being treated in a hospital, Call lights are not answered for 30-40 mins.After asking an aide t tell the nurse that I needed pain medication I would wait 1 to 2 hours for the nurse to bring it to me.I also waited over 1 hr t be assisted to the bathroom. This occured daily both daytime and evenings. The food is awful and after asking t speak with John from dietary about my special diet needs he finally showed up to discuss it 3 days later(I asked to see him daily). There is a lack of communication between staff members which highly impacts patient care. The social worker did not come to see me for over a week after my arrival and at that time I was given my patients bill of rights. I was also left soak and wet for 3 nights in a row. I ended up calling another facilities social worker and was tranferred to that facility after spending 8 days at this hellhole. PLEASE do not place a friend or loved one here.They will not be cared for.The only reason I gave the facility one star is because their are a few staff members who do a good job and are caring especially a day CNA named Connie

my mother was a resident at Forest Manor. The building is gorgeous, but the care was so poor, we took he out quickly. Nobody cares when we made requests to correct issues. Can u imagine what goes on when family is not around? We r sooo happy we left Forest manor

My Father Died At This Facility.The Facility is plagued with problems and not recommended by me to anyone who has a family member in need of specialized health care. Communication between family members and staff/attending doctors is terrible. My request for a hospice assessment for my Father was road blocked over a week prior to the day he passed away (you need a specific doctor's order). Leading up to this, my Father told me that he was too weak and could not tolerate physical therapy any longer; however the staff continued on pushing him and ridiculed him that he was just &quot;giving up&quot;. <br /><br />Housekeeping and nutritional services are also lacking. Odor of sewage is evident throughout from a faulty septic. Therefore, the facility in my opinion should be closed.
