My husband and I have an apartment in the Assisted Living Facility. At first it was good, but for the past several months it has been one issue after another. It can take weeks before any issues are addressed, they have a laundry room that is dirty, one dryer (out of 2) doesn't work, and one washer leaks. This has been an ongoing issue for a few months.
I may be wrong in saying this, I don't know, but from my observation it appears that employees do the bare minimum. There is a lack of communication as well. Also, if you have an issue that you want to address you are treated like a child.
I wish my husband and I had more options, but we want to stay in Cape May County, and options are limited.
I recommend highly that before you or a loved one are thinking of coming here that you thoroughly check it out and ask as many questions you can think of, even if they seem irrelevant.

The residents at Residence at Oceanview seemed to be enjoying themselves there. We saw them doing their activities and some were playing bingo. The staff seemed adequate. They are very cooperative and helpful. We had a good visit with the facility. I would certainly consider this place strongly.
