My dad is at Complete Care at Madison. We chose it for him because it was one of the only places that would accept him from the hospital. Once we went and checked out the place, the administrative staff was very helpful and amazing. We were just incredibly impressed with the level of care that dad is receiving and the communication between everyone there and the family. They're in the process of renovating and remodeling, so they are doing things better. He has a shared bedroom where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and some closets. Medicare paid for the first part and I believe he's going to qualify for Medicaid. Until then, I believe the pricing is pretty on par with other places that we've looked at. There is the main activity room where all of the residents are during the day. They also have arts and crafts, puzzles, and TV, and then they have a smaller room off of that, which allows for a little more privacy when visiting.

My mother has been a resident of the Madison Center for the last 5 and a half years. She just celebrated her 100th birthday. The staff of the Madison Center have always taken very good care of her as well as the other residents. My family is very fortunate to have our mother, grandmother and great grand mother there. She has a quality of life that we could not have provided to her. My Mom is ambulatory and likes to walk when she can. The Madison Center staff, especially Kevin and his administrative staff, did an excellent job in keeping all the families updated, daily, on what was happening there. We could not have been any more updated during the more critical time of the pandemic. We are so grateful to them.

I have a relative who is a resident here for over 2 years, the ratio of aides/nurses to residents has been reduced to a bare minimum, I do not believe the residents are getting the care they need, they often wait hours sitting in soiled clothes, they do not receive showers regularly, maximum once per week, patients with dementia and alzheimer's disease do not get any specific treatment or consideration, although they are friendly, if the resident is not capable of communicating their needs, they will suffer and the quality of life is less than satisfactory
