Heath Village represents an affordable choice for today’s retiree who wants to remain active, involved and independent. A non-profit, full service retirement community, Heath Village offers a choice of lifestyle options, first-rate amenities, numerous social opportunities and the security of comprehensive health care services on-site.

These apartments include studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. Units are equipped with a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher. The apartments are unfurnished to allow for individualized decorating.

Heath Village Retirement Community has a cozy cottage neighborhood within its pristine 100 acre campus. Our cottage residents enjoy the same services, security, and activities which have made Heath Village a premier community in New Jersey. Our two-bedroom, two-bath cottages were developed for independent seniors who prefer more spacious accommodations.

I've visited Heath Village, it's beautiful, the people were very friendly, it's like family-focused. They have a studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom with an additional room, and the rooms have balconies. It's a nice facility and most of the apartments were stand-alone, so they're accessible from the street and they're not inside. They also have cottages for independent living, and the assisted living is in one building. The food was excellent, they have multiple activities, and they have a lot of the same amenities as the other places I toured. They do events for family or extended family as well, it's beautiful. They have payment options, and the monthly rent was quite costly, and they do not have Medicare so it's private pay only.
