I went to look at Meredith Bay Colony Club. The administrator was really good. The location is great. The facility was nice. It felt very homey and welcoming. They were doing a really good job in regards to precautions with COVID. They required us to wear masks.

My mother lives at Meredith Bay Colony Club in a beautiful apartment and I cannot I say enough to convey the dedication and kindness of the entire staff and management. I wanted to post to make certain that readers know the activity director provides many activities for residents in independent and assisted living as well as opening some to the local community. They have a chef on staff multiple venues for food even a separate class a dining area to reserve for family get-togethers. Every activity that larger facilities can offer are here within a caring community Paneled ibrary, heated pool, exercise room, pool room, theater room, wonderful puzzle room, multiple activity sitting rooms. Everyone is welcoming residents and staff. Having my mother live at Meredith Bay Colony Club is a true blessing.

My mom moved into Meredith Bay. It's a nice facility, I wished the memory care area was a little bigger, she felt she's in a limited situation, and there weren't many areas to hang out with the other patients. I wished they take them out on drives; that was one thing I'm disappointed with. The people who worked for them were generally cooperative, most seemed to be doing OK, but there were a couple who I wished could do a bit more. It's a very good location, it's a pretty facility, and it's very easy to take her on rides, and in a couple of minutes, she can see the lakes.

We live in Meredith Bay in a two-bedroom apartment. The staff and residents are very nice. It is a small community with a continuing care option if you need it. They serve good food here and have lots of activities. There is an activities director in the assisted living side, and we participate in some things, like watching a movie every Friday night or listening to great lectures that a resident put together. The residents also sponsor cocktail hour once or twice month. The staff is very good. I will recommend it to others.

We went to Meredith Bay Colony Club and it seemed very nice. It was very clean and very quiet. The staff took us to both the independent and assisted living area, which were in the same building but different apartments. He showed us one of each apartment and I thought the apartments were really nice. They had lots of windows and everything seemed very clean. There were three dining rooms and they looked really nice. I knew they offered different things, but when we were there, there wasn't much going on and it was quiet. Part of the problem with Meredith Bay was the availability. You could put a deposit down and you would have it back whether or not you would stay there, but he said they had a waiting list of about 35 people and they had about 5 units available a year. So, it might take a long time for you to be there.
