About This Community

Experience a true independent lifestyle with Assisted Living at Beaver Lake Lodge. We provide senior and elderly assistance for clients in Derry, New Hampshire. To help maintain independence, we offer the latest technology for Life Safety Systems as recognized by the State of NH Department of Health and Human Services. We are conveniently located near restaurants, shops, the hospital, library and senior center.

Beaver Lake Lodge is a small 16 room luxury facility sitting on over 7 acres overlooking Beaver Lake in Derry New Hampshire. Our experienced staff provides above-and-beyond personalized service, including medication supervision.

Rooms are comfortable and private with modern bath facilities. Each room has an independent heating and air conditioning system centrally controlled as well as a 24 hour per day air replacement system. Powered by the Fujitsu City Multi System.

A Four-Season, Healthy Choice Menu

Three well-balanced, family-style meals are served in the common dining room. Our meals are varied and many our recipes are old favorites that were passed down through the families of our residents.

Laundry & Maid Services

Weekly laundry and maid services are provided for all of our residents. We encourage our residents to make their beds and tidy their room daily in an effort to keep them involved and to reinforce a feeling of self-worth.

Social Activities

In addition to our many in-house activities, our residents are involved with Windham Seniors, take day trips to local shopping venues and even tax relaxing rides. We love celebrating birthdays and holidays, sharing the festivities with local schools, Girl Scout™ troops, and church groups.

Private Rooms with a Personal Touch

All rooms are furnished with the resident’s personal belongings, creating a true sense of home by surrounding them with the comforts they know. As much as we encourage social activities, we understand that everyone needs some time to themselves. Our rooms allow residents to relax in total comfort and privacy.

Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living was a very nice community. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was very personable. There were only 16 residents there, so I thought it was small. It may serve well for other people who want a small facility, but my friend would need something a little larger. The room that we saw was a good size with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a closet space. They provide 3 meals a day. They offer transportation off the property for activities. They also do medications for their residents. There was a very lovely view from the porch outside.

I toured Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living and I was impressed with the large spacious community area that they have. It's a two-room space that's split in the center. Residents can sit in that sunny, bright living space and have community time. They also have this wonderful porch that you can sit out in the spring. Your view is the beautiful lake below. It's gorgeous. The grounds are well kept up. The place is fairly new and everything is clean. The staff seemed very nice. They have an impressive dining area. I could see people working in the kitchen and they all seemed very clean and neat, too. So, I thought it was lovely, but it was a little too far away from my mom to be from me.

We had an in-person tour at Beaver Lake Lodge. They only have assisted from my understanding. The experience was very good. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed me absolutely everything I wanted, and they answered every question I had. The facility was very well kept, a beautiful location, and all of the residents appeared to be quite happy there. The rooms were perfectly adequate, very nice, and clean. They have a private bath. The views outside were kind of a country setting. The location is gorgeous, it's right on the lake.

I can't say enough about Beaver Lake Lodge, it's truly a great place for your loved one. The staff is amazing! They are compassionate, professional and welcoming. They treated my Dad like family. He lived there for 3 years due to Alzheimer's. The place is beautiful, calming and inviting. The resident rooms are roomy, clean and private. All the furniture in the living rooms and sitting areas are new, beautiful and comfortable. The front porch overlooking the lake is a Million Dollar View! My Dad sat out there all summer and would say "This is Living!" The owner's Tony and Karen are proud owners and run an excellent facility at a lower price than comparable places. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU'VE DONE FOR MY DAD, HE LOVED YOU ALL! ❤

This place is an answered prayer for our family. My dad is very happy, safe and loved. Every staff member I have met greets me with a smile every time. It's clean, beautiful and well maintained. His rooms is huge, has enough room for living room where we all can visit. The view is awesome. My dad enjoys sitting on the front farmers porch and walks. Loves the food, a little too much. End of the Day is happy and loves his new home.

My uncle lives in this facility and loves it there. Before he came to Beaver Lake he lacked motivation. The transformation has been unbelievable!

This is a beautiful facility. Overlooking Beaver Lake, it even has a private dock for the residents to sit. The staff goes the extra mile and the fact that it only has 16 rooms makes it easier for a more personalized approach. Our father loves it there!!
